Our sales professional (Amanda Keeton) was very nice and helpful in our visit. My husband and I really appreciated the fact that she wasn't pushy and that she answered all of our questions. We didn't plan on getting anything but we ended up buying a new truck with a great deal! 😁

The people are nice but that's about it. I contacted them yesterday to see what they can do for my budget. They said they are "confident" and "promise" they could get me the truck I wanted at the price I can afford. I told them are they 100% sure b/c I don't have time to waste since it is over 30 miles from my house. They even ran my credit and said I was approved for the 0% for 72 months. BTW the 0% for 72 months is a complete and utter joke. They said you wont get the rebates if I choose the 0% but if I went the regular way and pay interest and get the rebates, get this, its the SAME thing. It doesn't, in what so ever way, save you any amount. It is a HUGE gimmick and this was confirmed by another dealership manager. Besides the interest rate, after going back and forth for over 2.5 hours they still couldn't meet the budget price I could afford and this is AFTER they "promised" and were "confident" they could do it. Now I'm still without the truck, I was promised, and out gas money, for driving 60 plus miles, 3 hours out of my time, and to top it off now my credit got hit hard b/c of all this with nothing to show for it. But like I said the dude was nice and that's why they got 2 stars. But other than that they will waste your time and will lie to you to get you in the door. WOW what a sucker I am!!!

I have worked with Ms.Amanda Keaton in the past She is a hardworking , trust worthy young lady. She is always so eager to help in any situation with a cool level head. She is very knowledgeable in her job. I am so thankful I have a friend ( but most importantly) someone I can trust , when either I am ready or one of family members or friends are ready to look and purchase a new vehicle I know I'll be in safe and capable hands with Amanda Keaton !!

Excellent! I had the pleasure of speaking with Whitney Williams and she was extremely intelligent and helpful in all areas. She was also very professional and and a hard working woman. This was by far the best experience I have encountered over the years and would definitely come back on account of her, her work ethic, and how she keeps your best interest at heart.

Great place to buy from with an even better staff to work with. From the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off the lot I was made to feel relaxed and not pressured to buy. Once I made the purchase- they showed me how to use all the functions of the vehicle which was very helpful. The buying process was absolutely painless. If you plan to buy a vehicle come visit the new team at Serra Chevy as they gave me complete peace of mind which we all know is priceless!!

So geico suggested this place. I called and asked when to bring our car in and how long it would take to do a estimate for accident repair. Girl on the phone said we would have to leave the car and they will get to it sometime next week, by friday maybe. Sorry folks, cant wait till next friday for just a estimate. Should have known better from the reviews. Pitty too the chevy dealership I delt with before moving to alabama was Outstanding, used them as a family for 30 years.

I was very disappointed and upset! I went to Serra because that was close to my home I took my car on the 25th for my air to be serviced. She asked if I wanted to wait i told her she could call when it was ready. Hours went by I didn't hear from then I called around closing to see what was going on i spoke to someone in the call center and she said would send them a message to call me. The next day I had to call them I spoke to Tonya who was very rude and disrespectful I told her that was very unprofessional of them not to call and say it was going to be longer than expected. She stated the computer was down they didn't get a chance to look at my car. The third day she called stated what they think the problem was and she had to wait on the warranty company. On Tuesday the next following week she called and said what the warranty company was going to cover she stated I had a deductible I said that I agreed to that she said we should have u ready in a hour. Hours went by and I was headed to them I get a call she stated it would be tomorrow morning at 9 am. I waited until that evening just to be sure. I paid she drove my car up i heard a noise but wasn't sure what it was. As I began to pull out my steering wheel was hard and making a noise that I didn't have before I came there. I immediately turned around told tonya something was wrong with my car, she went and got two mechanic they tried several things she also told me that the way my car should be. One of the mechanic asked the other did he forget to put the plug back in from the oil change because something was burning. They also put power steering fluid that didn't work. So they told me it was nothing they could do without tonya calling the warranty company. I told her I needed to speak to someone because why should I have to call my warranty company for something they did. She stated it was Noone I could talk to because the person who normally handle things like that was out due to death in his family. I asked was it a cooperate number she said no! As I was standing there tonya begin to get more frustrated because another customer stated he had came in the day before for a oil change and tire rotation they didn't rotate his tired when he did come back they broke his hubcaps. Tonya doesn't have no customer service she don't know how to treat a customer. That's when I called the police to file a report while I was talking to the police tonya was speaking to some other person that worked there. The police did my report I walked back in to get the person name who she said I needed to talk to that's when the man tonya was talking to stated he was the person over the guy was out. Let's not forget she said no one was there I could talk to. That's when he threw me some papers and said something I didn't quite hear him so I said excuse me. He said Here is your papers go.That's when he stated I'm willing to help u but u is not going to tell me what to do. He stated I'm quite sure the police told u it's nothing they can do. I told him this whole thing have really inconvenience me. He said no u and your car have inconvenience us we is not going to do anything else with it. He said why u want let the warranty company pay for it that's what it for. Why should I if I didn't have that problem before I came. So that's what they do break things to get more money from the warranty company. He was very rude and racist. That's truly is not customer service are how u treat a customer as a place of business. I contacted BBB. I also reached out to Fox 6 on your side to let the media know how they is. I left because he was so rude and racist I called the police again to get that on file a place of business tell u that your car inconvenience them. I recommend no one to they service I will drive miles before I give them my service you go in for one problem u will have another one. What so special about the other customer because of his color and he's a man. They told him or no problem we will get u taking care of. Just like he paid I also did too.

Consistently disappointed with the service department! The attitude of the female employee is sad. I was told that I had to drop my car off and leave it just for a diagnostic test. Really? No option to make an appointment? I've "dropped" my car off before at this location at 8am and I had to call them to come get me at 2pm! No one attempted to tell me anything about what was going on. And this was a radio issue that is still not fixed 5 months later! I was told today that I would need to bring my $115 fee when I "drop my car off". No time was taken to research my information. I had to notify her that my car was still under the bumper to bumper warranty. I pray nothing else goes wrong with my car because I have no intentions of driving to this location again (which is closer). I will drive across town for an oil change if it mean I will be treated better. It's not just the service center. The collision center caused me to come out of pocket because they extended the time to fix a bumper. They knew the check was cut from the insurance company and still drug their feet on completing the job. This is my first Chevy and I pray I can find a better location for service. My previous cars were an Infiniti and a Cadillac and you can bet your bottom dollar that they came correct no matter what the issue was.

I must say that I'm greatly disappointed in the services rendered at Serra Chevrolet's collision center. Through recommendations from my insurance provider (Geico), I brought my damaged vehicle in for repairs. There wasn't any extensive repairs required for my 2008 Dodge Charger but you would have thought that they vehicle was receiving a complete overhaul. What should have been a week (2 weeks tops) job turned out to be a 38 day fix. I understand that things happen but I was poorly informed of my vehicles' repair status. Also since I went over the allotted 30 days on the rental, I ended up having to pay $400 out of pocket for the additional days for my vehicle. This would be bad enough but upon voicing my complaint to the manager of the dealership, I was told that he would further look into the matter and give me call back in "3 hours". Needless to say, it's been a week and I still have yet to hear back from anyone there. I'm not sure what happened to customer service. All-in-all, I must say that I'm greatly disappointed. Through unresponsive emails and in-person meetings, I was never given a great reason to recommend to anyone to go to this particular dealership to anyone. What was even more disappointing was the fact that no one even took my car for a test drive before deciding it was ready. Some how, my power steering fluid had run out. This caused my car to make a lot of weird sounds when turning. I had to return to the dealership to get that fixed.
