Mr. Ralph was not just my salesman, he was human. He told me what was required of me, entrusted me, and even kept the reality of purchasing a car at the forefront of all my decisions. He knew what I wanted and promised that if he could not make what I wanted happen, he would exceed my expectations of what I thought I wanted - and he did just that. He made purchasing my first very own car comfortable and easy - to the point that almost a week later I still cannot believe I am driving my very own car. This is a challenge and Edward's Chevrolet, I assure you because Mr. Ralph did not let me down, I will not let you all down! See you all in a few years! :)

This was the best experience I have had purchasing an automobile. Our salesman Terrance Wray worked diligently to ensure that I received the best deal possible. I went in looking to buy a used car but was able to get a brand new car at an affordable price. Mr. Wray was very considerate of my time and went above and beyond to find an automobile for me with the amenities that I requested. I was also impressed by the service of another staff member, Mr. Mose Williams. He was very considerate and professional while assisting me through the process. I would definitely recommend Downtown Birmingham's Edward Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a new or used automobile.

I have to say that this is by far the best car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had. We drove from Tennessee because we received a flyer in the mail which offered deals that we didn't want to pass up . We made an appointment and off we went. We didn't realize there were more than one dealership and needless to say we showed up at the wrong one, which ended up being the RIGHT one for us. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with a friendly welcome. Our salesman quickly led us to the coffee area and showed us around. George is the nicest guy. The entire staff was friendly. We can't wait to tell our family and friends to drive the extra mile. Thank you, Edwards Chevrolet Family for everything.

Troy Powers and the whole staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Got a great deal and a great car. Ended up at Edwards because another local dealer was unable to calculate a lease payment.

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Edwards Chevrolet of Birmingham and it definitely won't be my last. Jonathan Hollman is the best. He sold me my first Equinox in March of 2014, it was the best car buying experience I ever had. He is an awesome salesman who listens to your concerns and really does do what he can to make sure your time is not wasted. I paid off my 2014 Equinox and bought a 2017 Honda Accord Sport in January and that was a big mistake, being I was so used to an SUV so I felt like I was falling when I got in the car. Its always a pleasure working with Jonathan when buying a car because unlike others he always lets you know what is going on which I like rather than being in the dark. My eight year old daughter was so excited we got to take our new car home. I will definitely be coming back to see Jonathan for my next SUV.

My experience with Edwards Chevrolet was nothing short of fantastic. The car buying process was easy for me due to my salesman (Don Lyles). He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. This made my decision easy. The insurance lady (Brenda) and the finance man (Brantley) were thorough with their paperwork and communications. When it's time for me to get another Chevrolet, I will be going back to Edwards Chevrolet.

I would highly recommend Edward's Chevrolet. After shopping many other dealerships, it felt right when I got to Edward's. The staff there was great, very personable, and I had the privilege to work with Norris Underwood who made the process seamless and comfortable. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and willing to listen to my preferences and taste. A great guy and I appreciate that I never felt pressured or pushed or overly "sold" on something I didn't want. I loved the truck, their pricing was more reasonable than anywhere I looked and they were willing to work with me to make it happen. I would definitely do business with them again.

Great Service my car was totaled and i Used Mike King. I have done business before with them. They are great people and will do what they can to get you into the car of your dreams. I bought a 2014 Chrysler 300 S from them 4 days ago. Its a great car and great price. Mike King did a fantastic job in helping me to get into this car. I've had some credit issues in the past but now its all cleared up. Thank you Mike King for you awesome service you provided.
