The rooms were clean and I loved the little kitchenette which was perfect for breakfast and lunch and even dinner if you wanted to eat in. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I love the laid-back atmosphere. It’s relaxing to stroll around the grounds. Loved the pools and the easy access to the beach. Also loved walking down to the little shops and restaurants to eat. You don’t even have to leave the place if you don’t want to!

Nice, helpful staff, but the place itself is cheaply built, not greatly maintained, and shows wear. We had very few kitchen supplies (dishes, pots & pans, etc), the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling, we didn't have sheets/blankets for the pull out couch, and when we pulled it out, there was food on the mattress pad. It is dog friendly, but you will have to drive to most places to eat. Nice beach to walk to, nice pool areas. One good little bar/restaurant to walk to.

Absolutely amazing resort! We loved every minute of our stay. Was very relaxing and our kids had a great time enjoying the property which is beautifully designed. Customer service was fantastic!, Thank you Brianna/Rhianna (cant remember which name it was😊) for being awesome to my family and the tour even though it was not within the hours specified. We had a really great time! Thank you to all who made that possible.

Carillon is beautiful!! Been coming to PCB since I was 6 months old and this is the absolute best place to stay! Beautiful beach community.

If you are staying in Panama City Beach, I would definitely recommend Carillon. The rooms are clean and the grounds are beautiful. Nice proximity to the main part of of town and a short walk to a long stretch of private beach. Or if you think the ocean is gross they have multiple pools and hot tubs on the resort.

Omg worst experience ever! Doesn't even deserve a star! This place is nasty! Inch thick of dust on the ceiling fans and blinds. I had to have them change our sheets at check in bc they were dirty. The maid didn't have any clean ones to give. The pull out couch has springs that jam into your back while you sleep. There was a frog in the toilet. Kleenex box had a used tissue in it. The shower rod had to be replaced and they just left the holes and screws in the wall. The hot tub at the pool was cloudy with hair. The whole place is dirty! Never stay here! Before we check out I am complaining to management. Don't waist your money at this NASTY place'

Although the front desk person tried to be helpful she was the only front desk staff until the hotel hired someone new. The stench from the lake was so horrible that we could not use the balcony nor could we open the slider. A different front deskperson (new hire?) responded to my inquiry about the stench with "yes we have heard that" but no indication of whether the situation was different from the usual. When I tried to email the general manager the email was returned as undeliverable. As I read former reviews I came across one from a former employee. I wish I had not read it until after our departure as now I have concerns about cleanliness as well. We will not return here.

Great place. Me and the wife come to PCB often and this is ALWAYS the place we stay at. Just off the beaten path but worth it for the price and cleanliness of the place.

Our stay at the Carillon Beach Resort on Panama City Beach was wonderful. We walked into a gorgeously furnished CLEAN room that had a full kitchen stocked with everything we needed. We had questions before we arrived that day, so we called and spoke to Breanna who was extremely helpful and so accommodating throughout our entire stay. It is rare to come across a hotel representative that consistently goes above and beyond to make the guests experience as positive as possible - Breanna went above and beyond. She always had a welcoming attitude and a warm smile.
The view was gorgeous, the pools were beautiful, and the resort was top notch. Although it was not directly a beachfront resort, we had a gorgeous view of the inlet and only a five minute walk to the private beach. We enjoyed our stay and the wonderful customer service we received from Brianna so much that we are already planning a trip back in a couple of months.response / report this review -

The best week I've spent in a very long time. First of all I was greeted at the door by the front desk person with a huge smile and a stiff handshake . Nice job she then walked me over to the counter and checked us in. Great smile, clear communication and also kept my kids occupied !!! Suggested local dinner spots that were kid friendly and even said she would show us exactly how to get there!!! Breanna you are fantastic and will go a long way with that kind of service! FYI the facility looked wonderful I will be back and will recommend this place to everyone ! Nice job and thank you so much Breanna, your a ROCK STAR
