First, I will say that the amenities here are very cool. The pools, hot tubs and beach are all very nice and we'll maintained. Rooms are fine. That being said, the booking process and customer service was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I had used this hotel as one of the block reservations for my wedding. I was getting several reports from my guests that they couldn't get in the block, they didn't get confirmations, confirmations were hand written, or the discount wasnt applied. The sales chick was not at all friendly or helpful despite the business I was bringing them. I even had one girl call me in the middle of my rehearsal dinner because her room that I was paying for had been CANCELLED somehow? AND THEY STILL COULDN'T FIX IT! Not impressed at all.

The only downfall was that there was no breakfast available. The largest pool also was not heated because of the time I went it was the off season. But the people were really nice and so was my room. We actually won a free drink ticket in bingo with my family. We also went to the new holiday inn express, which was even nicer. Overall I would go again.

OH WE LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE!! We have been coming here since my grand daughter turned 5 yo and had her birthday party here.. She just turned 14 and we were right here again and every year before!! The staff are excellent and the security is such a blessing with spring break and all. So much for the kids and grown ups to enjoy!! Don't pass this place up, because it is a rare GEM let me tell you!!! I LOVE HOLIDAY INN RESORT, PANAMA CITY BEACH, FLORIDA!!! Heck yeah!!!

Good hotel. Nice rooms. Great view. My AC broke in the middle of the night and they didn't have an extra room. The had the unit replaced within an hour so I was able to go to sleep again. I wish the bar wasn't as expensive as it was but it was probably a competitive price for other hotel bars.

The online price said $80 but add on resort fees and other “convenience” fees it jacks the price up another $50. Just be upfront and honest! Bad form, Holiday Inn. The front desk lady was very nice and explained all the upgrades. I don’t believe those upgrades includes the rooms. Lots of flaking paint, lights that took 10 seconds to turn on when you flip the switch, missing seal around the door letting in geckos who are chasing the bugs that got in. :( The pool is pretty. The hot tub was huge and communal. They market it as secluded, but hanging out with 20 strangers in a hot tub isn’t what I would call secluded (or relaxing). But hey, all the rooms are ocean facing so, at least you get a good view for all the hidden fees. lol even though I think it was shady, I’d probably do it again. The view is good.

A great experience.. food and drinks were absolutely great! Kids enjoyed themselves..A lady that was behind the towel section passing out towels was a little strange.. When I asked her for a towel she hesitated and that was my first time asking for a towel, so I didn't quite understand that.. Other than her, the staff members were very accommodating..The rooms needs some updating, toilet acted like it didn't want to flush at times but was ok to rest there.

I will start off by saying the hotel needs updating. The rooms are not very big and also could use some refreshing. Honestly, for us, the room was just to lie our heads. If you can look past that, then this is the place to be.
Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The poolside is amazing. Pool is HUGE, splash pad for the kids is also pretty cool, hot tube is a nice size. There a plenty of lounge chairs. I never felt like I couldn't lay and relax. The tiki bar is great and has an area to eat and watch the live entertainment. If you go to the lounge area on the third floor, they have plenty of activities for the kids (magic show and such).
Our kids enjoyed every minute. Obviously, it is quite hot in Florida, so we basically just relaxed at the poolside. AND the food is also great so staying there through lunch was no big deal. If you want a nice restaurant to eat for dinner, visit the Firefly directly across the street. Walking distance and Amazing food.

I started researching a family friendly resort, where my daughter and I can enjoy, and I found this place! This place exceeded my expectations! Live shows, great scenary of the beach, close to the beach, great food/drinks, activities for kids! The staff was very friendly and nice. Clean rooms. Already planning a return trip, and I have recommended this resort to family and friends.

So my neighbors recommended me to stay at this resort, best decision I'd ever made. The staff were so welcoming. I want to thank Big Andre, Big Mark,Jordan, Brook, Nelson, Mrs Virginia, Allie,Tom and whoever I left out thank you. The rooms were so clean, housekeeping came on time everyday. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The activities available for the kids and family was endless from arcades to movies to live shows. We didn't have to leave. There's even a store to purchase the necessities that you may need. I'm already planning my trip for next year. I would definitely recommend this Resort to anyone looking for a good relexing time. Thanks Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach. See you next year.

Had a great time there. Hotel was lively and had good music. The kids had a blast .Food and drinks were pretty good too. First time there will go back to any resort. Could had better breakfast buffet for the price but kids under 12 eat for free. They made it, so you didn't have leave the resort. Maximal beach and pool time.

I needed a quick and easy weekend vacationand booked a room here. Arrived to a super friendly, very helpful reception staff that got me into a clean room with a beautiful view. The pool side bar was inviting and the drinks were as pretty as they were delicious..mudslides, yum. There's music, fire dancers, and a pool side dive-in movie on a big screen. Room service was fast and very courteous, the filet was cooked perfectly to order, and the potatoes, green beans, and salad were all impressive and very fresh tasting. Wine and waves on the balcony end the day perfectly. Looking forward to day two!

I enjoyed staying here. No matter what my family needed the front desk was there to help. The hotel cleaning ladies were very nice as was the entire staff that I encountered. There was always nightly entertainment. The kids always had a movie night located by the pool. The hotel restaurant food was delicious. There are so many great things I can say about this place. I will be returning to this hotel when I go to PCB again.

We had awesome time at your resort! Great customer service, very friendly stuff! Kids enjoyed water park and pools! Food was awesome! Rooms super clean with keurig coffee maker! Will be coming back definitely again this summer!

Great customer service and views of the gulf. Full sized fridge and microwave in the rooms. Nice pool side/beach bar with great bar tenders. Bathroom could use some updating. Beds were comfortable and room size was spacious. Would stay here again.

I LOVED everything about this place! From a smooth check in, to a great room with a breathtaking view. The View restaurant had great service with good food. Bar tender Brent was awesome every time we were there. The beach was closed due to rip currents and it was probably to cold to swim in anyway since we were there in January. But the Pool area was good enough for us since one of the pools was heated. Kids enjoyed their pool area. It was just an over all GREAT experience. We will definitely be back at Holiday Inn Resort. Thank you 💚
