I have been to many Wyndham Resorts and have been an owner since 2004. All the units are equal more or less once you get inside which is why its always a safe bet in terms of accomodations. However everything else about this timeshare resort is a bit old and boring except for the beach and water which are clean and beautiful. The unite all face the ocean and sunset which is great too. The ambiance of PCB is totally low class touristy so not my style but I came to relax in the unit and go down to the beach!

Presidential Suite is great! Great beautiful view from the balcony! Would be a 5 star review if it were cleaned a little better when we can in. The tile floor needed to be moped better and the top of one of the toilets has some residue on it that looked like it was from a sticker or something. That being said I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a 3 bedroom suite with full kitchen.

Rooms are decent, the craziest thing is getting from your car to your room. Hope you have a good memory, good with directions, but mainly like mazes. Waiting on elevators seems to be an issue that I read about a lot in reviews and I seem to agree. It was not that busy when we were there so I can only imagine how it will bestowal.season. Oh and don't get me started on the "upsale by bugging you but they call it let us tell you about new features to owning your timeshare"

Great location. Everyone gets a beach front room. Beach is nice, pool and hot tub are clean. Rooms are clean. Love, love, love the bar on the walkway from the garage to the hotel. Very kitschy.

Upon arrival I was welcomed kindly and assisted. Since I knew where to pull in it wasn't as confusing. Although if you were to uber it would go across the street. Rooms were clean. My only complaint is the elevators. There only seems to be 1 or 2 ever working. Which makes for a long wait time.

Beautiful views from almost all of the rooms! Very upscale units available. Great beach access! 2 pools and an awesome icecream shop. Sky Bar on the way from the parking garage. Lots of walking at this resort.

Currently staying at the Wyndham Panama City Beach Resort and loving it! The fastest, friendliest, most helpful and efficient check-in we've ever experienced at a Wyndham property. Our studio room on the 15th floor has outstanding views and is well appointed, very clean and nicely neutrally decorated. Our large balcony has a table, 2 chaors, a chaise and side table. We've been sleep with the doors open as we're really enjoying the sound of the gloriously loud surf. Additionally, we attended the owner presentation today and we're delighted at how it went. Unlike many other presentations, we were given real, useful updates within 30 minutes (after they provided lunch and a nice "thank you" amenity) and then we spoke with Jess, our wonderful representative. She was extremely kind and helpful and she genuinely cared about us maximizing our points. This was the best presentation we ever attended and we've attended a LOT! So far, this excellent resort gets a 10 out of 10 for us!

The Wyndham here is one of the nicest complexes on beach boulevard. This has 25 levels with the penthouse rooms on the top levels. They do have activities offered to owners but not as much as other Wyndham Vacation resorts. Love that they have a Starbucks on the first level.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! We were on the 21st floor and it was a bit scary looking down but still totally worth it. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use a bit of updating but other than that no complaints.

I skipped a star because the floor in our rental was not very clean at all, the vacuum lacked an actual bag so the dust was just flying out every where. Also, one of the heated pool ladders was broken and only sort of fixed, and because someone didn't do a complete job fixing it my son cut his foot open.
The staff are all friendly, helpful and polite. Generally the guests all seemed very happy. The place is very nice and the beach seemed more laid back than that of a few other resorts we have visited in Panama City.
