Room was great, comfortable beds, breakfast was great, had good variety of both hot and cold items. Everything was clean.

We have ALWAYS stayed @ Hampton Inns all over the country & have been satisfied until this stay at Hampton Inn Pier Park in Panama Beach. The hotel is under renovation and the construction noise is unbearable! Jack hammering from 8am-5pm even on the weekend!

What upsets me so much is that they did not disclose that when booking! Drove 7 hours, enter the room & within 30 seconds the noise startscall the front desk and the girl says "you can check out"! Plus this place has a funky odor.. Very unhappy! Beware!

CLEAN, Nice location, easy to enter and exit from the street and parking was great. Front deak clerk Lakesha was awesome, she was friendly and cheerful and very pleasant to talk to. Breakfast was wonderful. A good selection to start your day. The breakfast host was courteous.
Jack the GM is GREAT. He was VERY HELPFUL.
I know that GOOD HARD woking and sincere people are hard to come by in today's world.
The HAMPTON is lucky to have them on their team!!!
I hated it was just one night visit, but I will return soon.

I loved it! Breakfast was great. The attendant was kind enough to make us turkey sausage on the mornings when all they offered was pork. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfy. The staff was nice. I didn't have any cpmpliants about this hotel at all! I would definitely stay again!

2 night stay in a king room. Bed was a little squeaky and AC was a little loud, but nothing to really complain about. Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed and we enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Overall a great a stay!

Its a great, clean hotel. The staff is very helpful and extremely courteous. There was a power outage due tons storm while we were there and the staff went above and beyond to try and make sure the guest were as comfortable as possible.

I had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, and the check in/out process was quick and smooth. Not much of a view, and it's in a bit of an odd location but was still an excellent experience.

Had great time, all were friendly. The hall carpet had a strong odor. Not sure if glue or what. Rooms comfortable, bed slept well. Sink is high for grooming. I am 5'6. Food good for breakfast. 4/5. Star

This hotel is about ten minutes from the beach. No big deal. The rooms are nice and the gym has enough to get in a good workout.

There's a Goodwill next door if you need sandals. If you forgot your swimsuit, don't be gross, go to Walmart ten minutes east.

Nice comfy beds. Not as close to pier park as I thought or would have liked it to be. There seems to be some kind of sewage problem because my family and I have been smelling crap since we got here!

This was a nice and clean hotel, with a friendly helpful staffthe complimentary breakfast was spot on. The price was right and I would definitely stay again on an off season visit.

Great location and value. Comfy beds. Breakfast isn't the best (lower end of the Hilton brands). Had a whirlpool suite and the water never got hot. An airport shuttle and better breakfast would make this place 5 stars.
