I'd unwittingly booked this place as I hadn't realised the City was that far from the Beach! But actually as I am a shopaholic it turned out to be situated quite near Panama City Mall which has a Sears and J C Penneys in it which was great! The hotel itself is fairly basic but clean, and suited our needs as it also has a laundrette. Receptionists were helpful and breakfast was adequate.

I frequent Red Roof Inn often I just wish there was one on the beach, price is right, hotel is immaculate, great rooms, and the best part is that they're pet friendly!

This place is pretty crappy, but I guess it's what we get for the price.
The rooms smells like smoke even though it's a no smoke room.
The house keeping looks like they don't care.
The only good thing is the waffles. Well I hope they're good

I stayed here two years ago with some friends. Absolutely no problems. Great service. Yesterday I called to reserve a room for next weekend and the two women I talked to at the front desk were very snotty and were also somewhat judgmental. They should really work on their people skills.

Good hotel good price nice people. In a decent spot Plenty of places to eat around without much travel. Only con rooms not as big as pics make it out to be.

Very clean. Well maintained. Smells great in the room. They allow pets and smokers, so i can tell. But barely. Nice small breakfast offered. Only problem are the staffnot the friendliest.

The location is quiet and comfortable, close to the happenings in the city. The room is clean and we'll stocked. Comfy beds. Windows actually open up for fresh air, but they don't look like they've been cleaned from the outside in a while.

Beautiful clean and spacious rooms. The staff was very polite kind and helpful. Their breakfast didn't have much variety or choice but did give some healthy options. This particular Red Roof Inn is also pet friendly. In my opinion Red Roof Inn in Panama Beach is by far the best Red Roof Inn I have stayed in and would definitely stay again.
