Presently undergoing some construction and upgrades on the first floor but don't let that put you off. The rooms upstairs are nice. Service at the hotel is great.

If they told me I was the first person to rent that room, I would have believed them. Super clean, well kept. Would be 5 star if the entrance from the road was easier and there was a bar or sitting area.

Nice hotel! Good price! Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent not to mention FREE. My only complaint is the hot water. Took forever for the shower to heat up. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Clean, comfortable beds, USB connections to charge your phone above the night table so you don't have to hunt for outlets. High speed internet connection. Coffee maker in the room and small fridge for snacks, small microwave, small armoire and full length mirror, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tv. Breakfast from 6 AM to 9:30 AM. About 30 min from Panama City Beach.

Checked into a room around two pm. Basic but very clean. Two queen beds, TV, keureg coffee maker, minifridge. Provided a decent breakfast in the morning
