1 star for having pack-n-play in room as requested. 1 star for view and general location. Negative 3 stars for having a food delivery sit outside the main entrance for over 2 hours without the staff putting the items away. If staying in next few days (12-9 to 12-15 to be safe) I'd suggest not eating the cream cheese or bagels as they sat outside for hours.

Nice penthouse, enjoyed the view. No bad reviews except the restaurant wasn't open at all during my stay. The greatest thing about the whole time was that we met our airman son and his airman friend for Thanksgiving.

Nice rooms with a kitchenette and all rooms have a beach view. No ridiculous hidden fees like a lot of the other hotels in the area (I think there was a $5 resort fee). The walk to Pier Park isn't the greatest, but it's doable. Overall great hotel. What keeps this from being a 5 star review is the cleanliness of the rooms isn't the greatest, the beds aren't very comfortable, and parking is limited (the overflow parking is a long walk). I would definitely still recommend this hotel.

Need to be updated Not enough parking!!! I know it's a beach hotel.. I think they need to clean clean the lobby. It doesn't look inviting at all. I will never never stay here again. Unless they make some serious changes.. I am on 5 night and 6 days vacation. When I saw this place I will ready too go home.

Karen at Front desk was Friendly and quick to check us in. She checked us in even earlier than check in time. Room had great view. Private Beach access was a plus. Breakfast was okay. Whoever handles housekeeping staff should manage it better, we left room at 9:30am and came back at 4:00pm. Our rooms and bathroom were still not cleaned. Every time we needed towels, we had to go down at Front desk to get them. Ultimately housekeeping never made to our room until it was 7:00pm. We just got a few towels from the housekeeping lady for next day and didn't get our room cleaned as it was very late. Had the housekeeping been good and in timely manner, I would definately stay again. Until then 2/5 star.

The view is really good. We got a better suite than we paid for. The staff is friendly. Don't expect an amazing breakfast because it's pretty plain, but I wasn't expecting anything going into it so I wasn't disappointed. Only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because it could use some touching up here and there but if you aren't nitpicky you'll have nothing to complain about.

Great location on the beach with great amenities. Free breakfast, pool, hot tub, and beach front property. Small kitchenette allows you to save money by prepping your own food. Lots of local restaurants on the street. Didn't like the layout with the master bedroom opening to the front door to the street side. Lots of loud traffic along the street on weekends .

My boyfriend and I stayed here this past week on our first solo vacation together and had an absolute blast! This place is a solid deal for the price and most importantly-CLEAN! I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and the room was bigger than I thought (had additional sitting area past the kitchen). It was everything we needed and we loved being right on the beach!
The day we checked out, I accidentally left my phone on the bed and I realized after breakfast (and checkout) it had most likely been wrapped up in the sheets when they stripped the room for cleaning. We went back (a few times) and the staff was so patient and helpful in the recovery of my phone! The girl cleaning the room we'd checked out of notified the front desk, who notified the crew handling linens and they allowed us to go to the bins and call the phone and got it out of the linen bag for us! Very sweet folks!
We really enjoyed our stay here and when returning to Panama City in the future, we will be booking with this company!response / report this review -

My family had a really good time here. The Penthouse suite was GREAT. Beautiful view from the balcony. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to stay again. I just wish the check in time was earlier especially since the check out time is no where near the time of the other. Lol I hated to leave just that much.

We loved it here, the view from the 10th floor was absolutely amazing. The staff were very polite, we only had one issue with our bathroom light for some reason it wouldn't cut on but we were too busy on the balcony enjoying the view or just on the beach enjoying ourselves. The kitchen was also a plus and omg those beds were very comfortable!

Nothing fancy but the rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Very convenient to Pier Park and restaurants. Don't recommend PCB for families during spring break! We had to keep our kids in the room more than usual due to marijuana smoke and extremely drunk and obnoxious young adults. However, I don't blame this hotel for that. They did the best they could but the Police in PCB need to step it up!!! I've never felt so unsafe at the beach!

I just came from this hotels spend 4 nights. I like it it was a good hotels. Very clean,great location, spacious suite. The only thing was the noisy Neighbor since I went in the spring break week there were a lot of teenagers running around. Some night we couldn't sleep because of that. Besides that everything else was really nice. Everything were located near the hotel. Panama city pier park, Walmart, restaurants, beach shops. I must said that I have a great vacation threre. I will definitely recommend it.

Rooms were clean and smelled great. The views of the ocean are amazing. The location is wonderful and within walking distance of pier park. I can't say enough good things about this place and can't wait to go back. The only draw back I had is the lack of washers and dryers in the units. We prefer to wash our clothes rather than returning with bags of dirty clothes
