Salesperson was great! very helpful, attentive, and informativemy problem is the product Bought this scarf for the wife yesterday (11/15/21), and one of the tags already came undone within 24hrs.now idk if it's supposed to do that on a pricy scarf but if it's not, then that's unacceptable from a "high-end" brand like Burberry

Sasa Calukovic is my favorite associate for Menswear. I was confused about the different length of the coat such as trench and duffel coat. Each coat may state size small but fit and length differently. I was wondering how it would fit me. Therefore Sasa was able to answer all my question and even go beyond to even shows me different coat. He shows me the fit of them and how to wear them. He shows nothing but great gratitude. These are the associations that represent luxury manner beyond just the materialistic. Later on, I was able to purchase their duffel coat and cashmere scarf.

Angel Alvarez provided excellent customer service. They didn't have the colour of the purse I wanted in that store so Angel went out of his way to get it delivered on the same day, to my hotel from another location.

The staff here is very nice and helpful. They are very easy to talk to and they are always there to help you find the size you need. They also give excellent style advice while you are trying find the perfect outfit. I can't wait to come back and shop here again soon!

Avoid if at all possible. Brought my lined trench coat in for repair, replacing a button. Received it back missing the entire cashmere liner.

They refuse to take responsibility, saying that losing the liner wouldn't be possible and promising their is evidence but refusing to show it to me.

When I first complained, I was promised a follow up from the manager - but had to call back several times over the week to get someone on the phone.

Disappointed a luxury brand would have no accountability and such awful customer service.

This store has fake products. I purchased a product, got home, realized there were some inconsistencies with the product. Had a huge hassle with Burberry customer service. Product was fake. Would not return. Nothing says class like not being able to control the quality of your product.

Brian Jose was best salesman I met. We went to look for a purse and I just hopped to mens floor. Brian was very patient and showed me different types of mens winter coats. He was very knowledgeable to advise me on right kind of coat suited to my usage pattern. In all was a very positive and hospitable experience. Ended up buying a $ 1600 coat totally unplanned. Brian was also able to sell same coat to another woman who looked upon me trying the coat and was sold instantaneously :)
