My room was fairly clean it's the property is well maintained. The property also shows signs of age.

To how much money for the quality of the hotel. They are demanding a 3-star price but the hotel doesn't even look like a 1-star. The rooms are dirty and everything in the hotel is old.

They charge me 100 doller for one night and no tv or internet was working and I called front desk few times she said its spectrum we cant do anything but next to my room tv was working

I stayed here with my family for 8 months because we lost our apartment in 2016. It was within our budget until we found a permanent home. Beware: it is the worst hotel to stay in, in the Brandon area, even for one night! First of all this is a hotel that is in the hospitality industry but does not know the meaning of hospitality! The owner is racist against black people. I have had quarters, toilet paper, etc at me. His front desk clerk harassed my wife and other women who were skinny more than once. Meaning, she is very jealous of skinny women. She locked my wife out of our room over a payment issue that should not have been an issue if she would have just picked up the phone and called me. My wife has various health issues and almost passed out. It is like a prison. Most hotel allow you to say good morning to other guest and talk but you are treated like a child and are told to go to your room! We are adults and last time I checked we live in a free country! The majority of guest they book are pimps, hookers and drug dealers, in which they allow and never question them. This hotel is on local law enforcement radar. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay here but I wouldn't recommend spending a dime there. The owner and his are very rude and disrespectful to customers. The front desk clerk is just as bad and has actually gotten up In a guest face in a threatening manner. I will say, 2 out of 3 of the housekeepers are very nice and work hard. All in all, the worst hotel in Brandon!

The room was great. Nice bed and other furniture and very clean. Great location. Not that far from the mall and many restaurants and shops

The room was damp but pretty clean for a motel. Staff was polite. Bed sheets weren't washed.

I rented a room for a week,they gouged the price,this is a 150 a week room, they charged me 479.00,1St,TV shuts off every 15 mins,no channels, maybe12 local channels and 4 of them are ESPN,then 2ND,lights did not work I told them the 2ND day,on the sixth night of seven they replaced the bulbs,then,no laundry on site ,no breakfast,then on the 4th night,I felt something biting me,Yuup!! BED BUGS,BIG ONES!! BIT ME ALL OVER!! I COMPLAINED TO THE FRONT DESK, SHE SAID IN ALL HER BROKEN ENGLISH,NO ONE ELSE COMPLAINED,I HAD FOOD,IN FRIDGE,OPENED IT UP,FOUND GERMAN COCK ROACHES,IN MY FOOD,IN FRIDGE,AGAIN I COMPLAINED,THIS TIME THE WOMAN FROM IRAQ,FORGOT ALL ENGLISH AND I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING SHE WAS SAYING BUT,SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT OF,HEY STUPID,WE GOT YOUR 479.00 AND YOU AINT GETTING NOTHING BACK,OR YOUR ROOM CHANGED,,SO C,YA!! SO FOLKS,STAY AWAY FROM THIS ' NASTY,ROACH AND BEDBUG INFESTED MOTEL,THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH,WHEN YOU COMPLAIN,I CAME FOR WORK PURPOSES FOR A WEEK,COULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE DUE TO ,I HAD NO MONEY,TO GO, FUNNY THING,WHEN I WENT TO CHECK OUT,HE WAS CHEERFULL,AND SPOKE GREAT ENGLISH!! THESE FOREIGNERS TGAT ARE NON AMERICANS,DRIVING MERCEDES AND MAKING A FORTUNE OFF AMERICANS,SHOULD VE DEPORTED BACK TO WHERE THEY CAME FROM,LIVING IN A MOUNTAIN RIDING CAMELS AND EATING GOATS,YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE A LIL MORE GRATEFUL FOR LIVING IN OUR GREAT AMERICAN COUNTRY,LIVING THE DREAM!!

There were a few cosmetic issues outside, but the room was nice. Clean and comfy. Fridge, hair dryer, microwave and coffee maker. Only issue, and not a big one, was the man at the front desk charged me without asking what type of room or what the rate would be. Altogether, it was not a bad experience.
