They over charge for everything very money hungry people and they also have roaches wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy

Worst place to stay, disgusting room roaches everywhere, floor too dirty to walk barefoot, owner very rude, front desk associates unhelpful and not trained correctly, Wouldn't suggest for anyone to every stay here. Wish I could give this zero stars.

Gross rooms and way to expensive for the ghetto area. If I didn't need to be in downtown Lakeland at 5 am, I would have left immediately.

This place is disgusting. The housekeeping is deplorable. There idea of bug control for the massive amount of roaches is a raid can. When my husband and I checked in there was soap in the soap dish in the shower from a previous guest. It took 2 days of complaining for the rude general manager to have it taken care of. The dirty Lysol wipe is from me wiping a picture off in the room

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean Staff who made the stay wonderful include Jessica, Ron, Lena and Debbie !!! Will stay here again!!! Manager Sam is competent and caring. Wifi was stable and the pool is nice !!

The room was not clean the sink didn't drain, there were no coat hangers, the bathroom was small and the door came within 4 inches of the toilet making it hard to get in and out of the bathroom. The bathroom door was broken at the bottom. The vending machine looked like it had been at the bottom of a muddy lake. The lady on the desk was very polite and helpful but that didn't make up for the room. We had booked for 5 nights but only stayed for two. We moved to a LaQuinta in Brandon and it was 100 percent better!!

Booked a non-smoking room, was given a smoking upon arrival which the owner promised they would clean and if we weren't satisfied with it, we would be refunded. The room was febreezed then I was denied a refund by the owner who lied. Would rather have stayed in a burger king bathroom

Not bad for the price. Room wasn't too far from main road, and you can't help but to hear the traffic all night. Hideous comfortors!!!

I have been staying here about 2 months now. Wasnt sure if I was gonna like it at first, but I must say, I love it. It's clean and quite. The staff is wonderful. Especially Carla, who works in the front office. She is always so friendly and helpful, always has a great attitude unlike some of the other employees I have encountered. Its s great place to stay. Only thing is, i wish they had coffee in the mornings, maybe even a little breakfast.
