Wonderful hidden gem!! We booked based off the recommendation of a friend. We were 4 adults and 1 child. We booked the 3 bedroom 3 bath suite. It was huge. We had plenty of space. The rooms were clean. Loved having a full kitchen. Publix is located just a block away and so are a ton of restaurants. At night we could easily see the fireworks from Hollywood studios and Epcot! That was an added bonus. We will return soon!
This hotel is a pleasant surprise. Such a hidden gem. The rooms are gigantic. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in, in any hotel, firm with a super soft pillow top. Bathrooms are cavernous and everything is clean. There are also 2 large pools on the property. This place is great for large families.
We have had a wonderful experience here. Everything in the condo was clean, neat and well stocked. The grounds and facilities were all well kept. Everything we needed and asked for, they provided. Close to everything and convenient to all roadways.
Scummy customer service. All I have to say is don’t leave your personal belongings at the front desk because they will screw you over big time. No cameras in the lobby either - all around terrible customer service and no help at all in resolving any issues during your stay. The only redeeming factor this hotel has to offer is their rooms, which while nice, are overshadowed by the lack of customer service and overall shady business practices. After the experience I’ve just had there is no way I would ever stay in this establishment ever again, and I do not recommend this to anyone. Far better deals out there.
I'm pretty unimpressed with this place. I'll start with the positives: The employees I interacted with were all very hospitable and friendly. The decor was elegant and everything clean. The bad: 1. the beds were all extremely uncomfortable and creaky. It was seriously comical how bad the beds were. 2. They have a pool-side bar that I never saw open. When it's 95 degrees out and I'm lounging by the pool, a drink would be nice especially if the last place advertised having pool side drinks. 3. The pool has loud speakers that played music LOUD until 3 AM. It was totally bizarre and kept me awake.
This is my second stay here. Loved it the first time but I heard there are new owners. The pool side bar never opened the whole week we were there. A closet door fell off and landed on top of my one year due to the fact that it was not properly installed. I'm lucky my one year old lived. Our stove had to be removed as it was broken. No staff ever seems to care how wild the customers and their children are as they were pulling the life saving rings off the fence around the pool and using them as toys. Many kids were at the pool without adult supervision also. I feel they could have some very bad things happen without more pool supervision. They do offer very large condos for big families so that is a plus.
Lighthouse Key Resort is a nice resort. The room was lavish and clean. The resort is conveniently located so you don't have to worry about fighting the city traffic. The pool is nice and will be better if the bar is open in the future. Overall the place was great.
Did Caesar extremely nice timeshare. Only three buildings. Amber rooms High ceilings. Very nice cuzzy social areas. We should had a restaurant. Two blocks from Target super center and other shopping facilities and restaurants. 15 minutes from the Disney World
4 bedroom condo, perfect for group travel. Very clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!
I've been to Olive Garden many times over the years never once did I feel like I was family! However, from my first phone call for reservations with the GREAT Natalie I felt so welcomed!
Large, inexpensive space for our party of 10. We got a 4 bed, 3 bath and had a great time in Florida.
The beds in the four rooms were quite comfortable, but the pull out sofa bed was horrible (ended up tripling up kids in one master and just using the couch). We also had some small issues with appliances, like the washer temperature knob was broken, the dishwasher knob was on backwards, and the dishwasher rack tines were bent out of shape pretty badly.
The kitchen was nice, but the pots and pans were a random mismatch of items and not of sufficient size or quantity for a family of ten. Generally we had to cook dinner in two batches, increasing the time spent cooking instead of exploring Florida.
Would also recommend avoiding a first floor room facing the parking lot if you'd like to use the screened in patio as it feels like your on display to all the people who walk by.
This place was beautiful! The only thing that NEEDED to be changed was the carpeting A big bump to where you could trip on it. We had a 4 bed/3 bath, full laundry and a nice e galley style kitchen
