Very dirty, unhealthy place, hotel like this should be close to the public. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy.

Worst place to stay or work for! You would have to ask maintenance several times to do something..and the guest would get rude with the people at the front desk

I stayed at this place last year, when I went to visit my family at Christmas. This was probably the worst hotel that I have ever been in. I renamed it the Stayaway Inn! They house homeless people at this place..literally! They run this place as a homeless shelter, and soup kitchen.. I couldn't get any refund, so I could go to another hotel, because I paid for my room/stay in full when I arrived in the middle of the night. I was approached by someone who told me that they want to kidnap me and witnessed police responding to a fight between homeless people who were living there for free. The pool was closed, because it was freezing cold, and the maintenance man didn't know how to fix it. Still I could not get my money back! People were constantly walking up to me, asking for cigarettes and booze. They even knocked on my door to make sure that I knew about the free Christmas Dinner that was going to be served by the charitable organization that was affiliated with the hotel!!!!!! CRAZY!!!! STAYAWAY!!!!

The place is a dump. My daughter got ate alive by bed bugs. The lady at the front desk was very rude. There were drug addicts everywhere. The rooms weren't clean and did not have towls and when i asked for towls they said no because house keeping wasnt there. And to top it off there was raw sewage running in the street. DO NOT STAY HERE. Rodeway inn is 1 minute down the road and 1000x better and cleaner. I dont even give this place a 1/4 star.

Location is off of 27. Nothing really close to it. The service was nicevery sweet girl at the front desk. The room were comparable to the price. No real complaintsvery good for a quick overnight stay.

The pool wasn't working. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in all the rooms. Staff is not nice. The can be mean. Horrible maintenance.

So I picked this because of the Florida 70.3 1/2 IM. Was staying with a male friend. We arrived at check in & got the key to the room. First mistake= they gave us one bed. We went back to the office for a new room. Opened the door & immediately wanted to die from the smell !! Was supposed to be a NON smoking roomsmelled so DISGUSTING like smoke, dead bodies, mold.you name it.just GROSS. Then there was NO WATER in the room. Went pee & couldn't flush the toilet !!! No water from the sink.shower.. Went back to the office. They were supposed to fix it while we were at dinner. Came back to room from dinner and it was NOT FIXED. (there was still pee in the toilet !!) Go back to the office. Was told a PIPE was broken & there was going to be NO WATER for the night ! And while in the office I peed in their toilet and guess what- THAT one didn't flush either !!! Tried to find a different place to stay last minute- NONE around for 30+ miles. So they gave us a key to a room the wasn't stayable but it had running water. OK go to that room. light doesn't work.(it's 8:30 at night now) Walk to back of room & turn on bathroom light. watched a bunch of roaches scurrying. Just lovely. Toilet did work in this disgusting room. So we stayed on the 2nd floor of the building across from this one & in the morning went to use this toilet while being watched by the roaches. Oh yeah, place was also "crawling" pun intended with questionable "residents". Just gross.

Very outdated decor. The carpet has stains all over it. The bedsheets and shower had hairs everywhere. Little over priced for what you get. The wifi did not work and would not even pick up a signal. No free breakfast. Staff was nice though.
