Definitely not luxurious in any way but the staff is great, everything works outside and inside the rooms. We really enjoyed our room, very comfortable and we'll equipped. I think that the most important fact to mention is that the apartment was super clean, immaculate. Also the bedsheets were just like new. Not even 5 stars hotels have such a great bedsheets.

Very nice and comfy place! This is my third time staying here and was upgraded to a renovated 2 bedroom for free. (We paid for a 1 bedroom condo). The only thing I disliked is that the rooms are paper thin, luckily our neighbors was not loud but we still could here their conversation.

Pretty far commute to downtown. About 40 minutes away. Definitely need a car to get around. Had to lug my suitcase and things all the way to the building I was staying. No offer to be driven by golf cart even though a few kept driving by like they were just cruising the property. Beautiful views from the rooms. though. Checking in wasn't that great. I wasn't given a welcome package so I didn't have much information as far as their accommodations. Definitely family oriented resort.

Being 20 and traveling on my own for the first time I was very nervous. The people working were very kind and helpful with everything I needed. I highly recommend staying here. The room was clean and spacious. It’s an easy drive to any of the Disney parks as well as close to a target! I will definitely return to this resort in the future.

This is a great getaway for families. We reserved the 2 bedroom condo which I loved the new upgrades to this place. Fully equip kitchen nothing to bring except bleach to clean. My family had more than enough room and it was nice to have quite time away from the kids. They have plenty of activities to do: volleyball, mini golf, paddle boats, basketball, a playground, and a waterpark with slides, and my children loved the pool. I give it a 4.5 stars due to the water pressure in our room wasn't that strong. Other then the water pressure issue we had no complaints. We will be booking again and planning more family functions here in the future.

We booked a room through Vacatia and were given a price of $77, everything included -- tax and fees. We accepted the price, paid in full, and when we got to the resort we were told to pay an additional $20. I asked why should I pay for something that was not on the confirmation/bill and the employee replied, "Read the fine print," so I showed this rude person that there was no fine print. The rudeness of this hotel employee was unbearable. I was told to either pay or leave without any refund. I am warning others of this place. It is a dump. They are rude and it is not worth the money. What you see in the pictures is not what you are going to get. It's a scam.

What a fabulous resort! From the friendly staff to the VERY comfortable beds, lovely grounds, and fabulous amenities, we can’t wait to come back! Yes, it may be an older resort, but you’re 15 minutes from all the parks, not to mention a ton of great restaurants & shopping.

AMAZING! Got a studio room, VERY spacious, SUPER clean. It has one bedroom, full kitchen (with pans etc.) , living room with pull out sofa, and a balcony. Beautiful water park with all day fun for kids and adults as well since the bar is close by. Great location. Friendly staff. Lets just say I didn't want to leave.

Overall very enjoyable experience. Very professional and courteous staff as well as excellent service. The pools and water parks are also quite enjoyable and spacious, all the while being very relaxing (especially the hot tub near the gym). Room was clean and stocked with all the necessities with more available upon request. I will definitely consider revisiting Liki Tiki the next time I am in the area.

Our stay here has been absolutely wonderful! The condo was amazing and roomy. We felt at home and definitely will be visiting again soon. The only bad thing I can say is the hot water in our unit wasn't very hot. However, we didn't think it to be big enough deal to call the office about either. The place was very clean and updated. We had a great view from the balcony as well. Staff was pretty friendly too. We were invited to a presentation for a $125 gift card, but my husband declined. If you are thinking about staying hereyou won't be disappointed!

Awesome resort!!! We will definitely be back soon. Came for a few days vacation and just to relax and enjoy the pools, bikes, waterpark, and paddle boats etc. Had a great time. Front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Management , security, maintenance and all the staff just want you to know y'all do a great job. It's like living in a gated community with all family. If I could give it more than five stars I would. Rooms good size and kept up very clean. Outside very clean as well. I would highly recommend this resort you will be glad you came.

We love Liki Tiki. This is our 2nd time in 3 years. The resort is very clean, well maintained and has some of the friendliest and helpful people. Today our 7 year old grandson took off thinking he could find his way. My daughter asked one of the staff to watch for him. They literally shut down the resort until they found him. Than you Liki Tiki for being a fabulous vacation destination.

Stayed at Liki Tiki with some younger siblings between 2 and 8 and they absolutely enjoyed it. We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo which in my opinion is an absolute must, it's a 2 floor little apartment but the space is awesome, it inlcudes a nice little kitchen, living room, and full bathroom downstairs, then has the two bedrooms and another full bathroom upstairs. The staff has been very friendly and seem eager to help if you have any size request, even if for blankets like I did. I stayed for only 2 nights but both were spent practically all day at the pools especially the bigger one in the corner which has a little restaurant next to it. I would say this is definitely a place to come to with little kids and if they love being in pools they'll love hanging out here.

There is plenty to say about this resort. First off and most important to me - the place was clean! Bright white sheets and towels. Pretty spacious overall. Has a full fridge and stove -great when you have kids and great way to save on food. The pool area is just awesome! They have a toddlers pool separate. And their main pool features several slides- lots of fun for any kid. They also have tons of free activities- mini golf, beach like area, volleyball, basketball, paddle boat. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that I was not able to connect to wifi. But hey, no biggie. It felt good to disconnect for a few. They don't offer breakfast. But it makes sense since the rooms offer full on kitchen. I look forward to coming back and enjoying the pool again!

Lots to do. Free mini golf and paddle boats. They have bikes, but we didn't use them. Kids and adults will enjoy the water park area. Several slides, pool side games and bar/grill. One and two bedroom suites with full kitchen.
