Went to the food court in order to have some quick Mickey waffles as Florida residents. Pricing was reasonable as far as Disney prices go, food court was large, very easy to navigate the All Star campus. We went to the food court at the All Star Music Resort, parking right outside the building was easy and free, security was pleasant and professional, very easy to navigate our way to the food court once Inside the hotel. No complaints, Mickey waffles were on pare with most other Disney Resorts, but the added bonus of being easily accessible for those outside of the Disney campus is a total plus, something that's not always easy, surprisingly.

The resort was amazing! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. We opted out of the maid service and they gave us a gift card instead as a refund. The place smelled delicious. Loved staying there.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. All of the staff/employees were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous to us. Freida was awesome checking us in upon our arrival. The rooms were not the greatest, but this is a budget friendly resort, you get what you pay for! The room was clean but very small. They are really due for some renovation.
The meal options are a great value, large portions, the only negative I have is that I would like to healthy options and options for those with gluten intolerance, lower fat meal options etc..
I would definitely consider staying at this resort again in the future, but I hope to upgrade to the next price-point.
Oh, Disney transportation option is only by bus with this resort and it was typically the farthest bus drop off/pick up location at all of the parks and Disney Springs. You walk a lot of steps between bus drop off/pick up and the park entrance.
All in all a good place for the price point staying on the grounds. Park you car when you arrive and you can leaving the driving to Disney the rest of your Disney trip.

The rooms are definitely "dorm living" size, but you don't stay there to spend time in the room Two pools, both well themed, great gift shop, little game room, wide choice of foods in the cafeteria, and most of all, all of the "cast members" we encountered provided the famous top notch Disney service. We had issues our first evening with magic bands and meal plans, the managers that helped us fixed it all and left us with smiles. I suggest springing for "preferred rooms," which are closer to the front. Each All Star resort is pretty sprawling, the preferred rooms are the same size as standard but not as far a haul from the cafeteria, front of resort, etc.

Great place to sleep and shower when not in the parks. Safe and secure. Food court is the best of all the All-Stars. Buses were on time, no major delays or long waits. We'll stay there again next time we go. The theme of the place is great at each building.

Good price reasonable resort. Of course not as fancy as some of the higher priced resorts but the decor outside and throughout makes up for it. Cafe times are open early to late, service from airport and around parks is awesome. Employees helpful and nice. Close to most parks, closest to Animal Kingdom

We actually upgraded to a premium for a minor fee when we arrived, and it was totally worth it. I dare say we got the best room in the hotel, overlooking the pool and a stones throw from the main building. our room was very clean, and even had a fridge now. It was much better than it was even just five years ago. The only real downside of this hotel is the food, which is objectively the worst in Disney World. You end up paying $12 for a disgusting meatball sub or a small plate of soggy fish and chips. Though the employees are nice enough and the service is speedy, it does need some work. the coffee machines are always empty, the soda machines are always broken, and the condiments are always missing. All Star movies would be a fantastic, affordable alternative to the mega-hotels that litter Disney property if they could just remedy these small issues, and I look forward to seeing how they modify this in the future.

The rooms are tiny, but for the time actually spent in them, they are adequate. The larger then life movie icons are lots of fun. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. 3 of us can split one meal and be full. The staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The bus service to the parts run about every 20 minutes. Tom service is courteous and thorough. The supply plenty of soap shampoo conditioner and towels.

We booked a preferred room which puts you closer to the pool and food court. The rooms are average hotel rooms without a lot of frills bit also not missing anything you would expect for the price range. So far we have had no issues and have enjoyed our stay. Everyone is different but we prefer to spend our extra money on other things. This hotel is an easy way to shave a few bucks off of an expensive family vacation. Besides, how long are you actually in your room while at Disney?

This hotel was a really good deal for a good hotel in the Disney resorts. The rooms were nice. We stayed in the mighty ducks building, and it's simple and all we needed. We has four people in a room with two queen beds and it was very comfortable. There is nothing fancy, but it was a really good deal and just what we needed. We also took a shuttle straight from the airport to the hotel which was very convenient. There are shuttles outside that conveniently take you to any of the Disney parks. There is also a cafeteria, two pools, and a small gift shop. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

We arrived on a Friday- had a small issue with Magical Express luggage getting to our room but the Manager Ron was amazing. He tracked it down and it was in our room shortly after. He gave me his personal cell number to contact him if I had any other problems or concerns. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the rooms were perfect for just sleeping. (but the distance from the food court to the room was a bit far for us to take full advantage our refillable cups without making additional trips to return our cups to our rooms before we headed out to the parks or to get them when we got back to refill) We didn't have any other issues until we were about to leave and my daughter had left her Stitch stuffed animal in her bed and realized it just before we boarded the shuttle to the airport. She was very upset. I called the number I had for the Manager since I couldn't get through to lost and found and he said they didn't find it in house keeping lost and found but he assured me that my daughter would get a Stitch back by the end of the following week. (I am a pessimist so I honestly didn't think we would ever see a package) Yesterday my daughter received a large box from the Manager at All Star Movie Resort with a new Stitch and some other Stitch goodies It made a great memory for my daughter and made a great impression on me. It isn't often that you speak to someone who says they will do something and they do it.. In customer service especially! The manager told me to let him know the next time we are at Disney so I intend to go back to this resort if he is still there that is for certain! Thank you Ron- Manager cast member at Disney's All Star Movies!!! -Ordaz

All of Disney's All-star Resorts are great. The rooms were clean and wonderfully decorated, the themes were awesome. My children enjoyed playing in the building courtyards. The food in the food court was great and the selection was amazing for a theme park. The staff bent over backwards to take care of everything we needed. We'll definitely be back.

The love bug rooms are perfect for our family of three. The cost was perfect and allowed more room in the budget for fun stuff. We were on the third floor and pretty far from the elevators which wasn't the most convenient given we were traveling with less mobile individuals, but that is a minor complaint given that we didn't request any special accommodations so Disney wouldn't have known when they decided what rooms to assign us. The love bug buildings are close to one of the pools and to the main building so that was great. For the money this is a great resort. Our favorite between all star movies, pop century and art of animation is art of animation, but this place is cozy and well maintained

My family of 4 stayed in the Jazz section. Room was fairly small but we knew that ahead of time. Our kids are only 4 and 6 so we thought tight quarters this time would be fine. The piano pool was close to us and was great to swim in. The guitar pool has a kiddie pool area. The room was able to fit a double stroller and came with a refrigerator. There was an area next to the sink to store suit cases and hang up clothes. Dining at Music was great also. At times it was busy but never so bad that the wait was over 20 minutes, unless you are ordering an entire pizza. Overall experience was great and the staff was great too.

I must be a simple man, reading the negative reviews saying the resort is like a Motel 6 or Super 8. Since we left our state staying in a Super 8 the night prior, feeling like we slept in a dirty crack house. When we arrived at the resort it didn't have that feel, it was clean from the time we walked in and greeted like we were special guest. We came in late on the first night around 10pm, they still had our luggage delivered to our room within a few hours even though they felt it would be too late for us, we told them we are still on Pacific Time. The landscaping were well maintained and the pest control was natural leaving us with no mosquito bites. The pool was super clean and had lifeguards on duty, they were attentive to all in the water. The food court was clean and cast members were cleaning up tables as soon as guest got up to leaving or taking trays from the table so you could have room on the table. I had the the dining plan the food was great and delicious while never feeling like I didn't have enough to eat. They had movies playing nightly at 7pm some new and others classics. My boys enjoyed playing in the arcade, and watching and listening to the local wildlife. The rooms were sound proof, we couldn't hear the neighbors nor automobile noises. The housekeeping staff had our room cleaned and stocked and as an added bonus they would neatly fold the pajamas at foot of the bed awaiting our return from a long day at the parks. As we left for the parks, the buses ran every 20 minutes to each park. It was a sad day when we had to return home, my family really loved the All Stars Movie Resort, and cannot wait for the next time we can visit.
