This place treated me like a queen I had to stay for weeks with my three grandchildren and they are the nicest people who are clean and sweet and affordable and great location.
This place was nice, and had all kinds of convenient shops within walking distance. Great price. However in my opinion, this place could use an upgrade. But totally worth staying here if your in the area.
Very basic accommodations. No clock or radio. Paper glasses only, near coffee maker. Large screen TV. Comfortable bed. Pastries, cold cereal, bagels, juice and coffee for breakfast. Free. Helpful staff. I was having trouble opening door. Front desk guy saw that and immediately came out to help.
The receptionist guy Nash is very helpful. Awesome guy. Helpful staff. Room comfortable. Great price and location. Room comes with mini refrigerator bonus. Clean.
Cheap place to stay. Crew who work here try very hard to make your stay as good as possible. But owners need to invest heavily to bring it up to better level. Positive : it is clean. Fast response to lack of ice bucket in room, even brought it filled with ice. Low cost. Quick to also respond to loud music from next door. Neg : don't know if it has heat, called office and they didn't know how to get heat instead of a.c.. Bathroom door only opens half way runs into toilet. Tub has nothing to shut it up to allow bath, showers only. Hate to have to wedge myself between sink and wall to get door closed. Overall look of place on outside is rundown and peeling. Spend $30 more per night and get better room.
This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!! I HAVE REPORTED THIS HOTEL TO Wyndham Hotels and also to AAA. Next is the health department. This place should be SHUT DOWN!!! Every inch of this place is a disgusting pit!! I have many pics of the room we were rented. This place from inside out is just horrendous!! How these people are still able to have this place open is beyond me. Let's not talk about the drug dealing going on outside that we witnessed as well. I'm just devistated, never in my life have I seen a hotel so nasty. The Indians that own it dont care. it's all about the $$$ They don't care about being clean . I will be uploading pics, I will post them asap. Shame on these people!!!
The worst customer service experience in my life. Not sure if the staff of the Natick location is racist but the manager Rahim took our reservations over the phone while my family and I rush to Boston for the sudden passing of my mother. He told us he had a room. Gave us a price and room number and gave us his name. Fast forward two hours. My family and I enter to get our room. Rahim comes out and we ask for room. He then tells us he has no room since we have no reservation. I replied that I just spoke with him twice and that he even gave us a room number. Rahim said I have no room. I talk to people all day. I have nothing for you. Of course I'm upset so I remind him that we just spoke. He again told me he has nothing for us. Then accuses me of trying to "fight" him. In reality I was talking in the lobby to him as he was behind a counter. Anyway long story I will assume our skin color (brown) was not acceptable for this location. I repeatedly asked why he was refusing service to which he threatens to call the police. Here I am with my husband and small children. Just drove cross country to be treated like dirt. I manager a large apartment community and I would never speak or treat my customers they way Rahim did us. Thankfully we found a hotel next door at Magnasuam and so far the staff has been welcoming. If you are black DONT STAY here. If you appreciate good customer service DONT STAY HERE!!!
Not such good rooms, ac didnt work and the room was stuffy, windows had no screens so couldn't open windows, not a great place over all..
All in all a pretty good experience. The breakfast was good the room was clean, except for the mini fridge and the decor was nice. However, the toilet was leaking and the bath tub needed new caulking. The mini- fridge needed to be cleaned out and it would have been nice to have a tv guide.
The receptionist guy Nash was very helpful. Awesome guy. Informed us of how to go around Boston and MA. Much respect for this friend. Made my stay in this travelodge more comfortable and happy.
When I first saw the review online, I was hesitated to book a room in this hotel. However due to it's excellent location, I decided to give it a try.
When I arrived, I was met with a very friendly front desk staff. The front lobby is simple but clean. It is amazingly located in the middle of shopping area and very close to the major highway.
The room is also very clean with a small dorm sized fridge. I would recommend this hotel for it friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Best of all, you cannot beat the location.
