Uber drivers are not able to find the place. This is a big disadvantage.
The lobby stinks.
Does not have dish washer.
My android phone continuously reboots after connecting to wifi in this hotel.
Rates are cheap, that explains why.

Well, lets start with i was making my dinner and a spider fell into the counter from the light fixture above me. I found one roach on tv. The shower didn't work, but a bath was nice. I stay at this chain a lot when i travel and usually is better.

We stayed in this hotel on a weekend. Decent stay. Cleanliness of appliances in Kitchen can be improved. Breakfast was not good(packed muffins, energy bars, instant oatmeal)

The location is lovely. The outside is inviting. The front desk service is pleasant and the other guests are nice (the one's I've met at least). So yeah sounds nice right? Well, if your looking for comfort and good service, try some place else. The hallways smell like cigarettes and sweat and my room smelled like maple syrup and sausage (All the time!) I'm writing this review whilw still here and tomorrow is my check out date. Thank God! I requested prior to my arrival to provide clean, bleached sheet for my bed but when i got there my bed had a blood stain well hidden from sight. I had to ask for a new set. As for the room it feels like germs are crawling over you. I also asked for an air freshener because they failed to follow my instructions in freshening the room. The provided towels look like there were body stain all over so I had to wipe my face with cotton balls. I'm sorry but this place is not worth it. You'll tell as soon as you go into the elevator.

Our room was very dated and not well kept. There were paint patches on the walls and a broken cabinet in the kitchen. The AC and refrigerator were very old and loud, keeping us up most of the night. The bed was also very uncomfortable. It's definitely the cheapest mattress they can buy with blankets not large enough for the bed. While it was a cheaper option in the area, this hotel is still way overpriced for what you get. It's worth it to spend more and stay somewhere nicer. The "free breakfast" included coffee, oatmeal, a granola bar, or a muffin. I consider that free snacks, not breakfast.

The only reason this got 2 stars was because the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness or the room was fine and the staff was also fine. Refrigerator and A/C unit made noises when they kicked on and were running, the fridge was rather loud and woke both my wife and I up a few times. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable but it does the job. Only reason we stayed here was it was a good deal cheaper than most other options now the area. I probably wouldn't stay here again by choice but I also wouldn't be horrified if I had to.

Yuck. Hair on my bedsheets when I checked in, pillow smelled like beer, fridge smelled like rotten milk. Paid extra for a "king sized bed" but their "king" is NOT a king -- it is MUCH shorter -- a queen (I'm tall). They wouldn't "downgrade" me once I checked in -- even though they false advertise their king and queen beds. (Their "queen" is a full-sized mattress, not a queen.) Avoid this place.

Absolutely wonderful place! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The front desk staff were kind, helpful and professional. I would recommend Extended Stay to anyone planning to stay in an area longer than one night. With 3 children, we felt like this was a family friendly place to stay!
