It was great. Very nice view from hotel room nd everyone was very kind as well. Had everything we needed when we needed it. Drinks were always available and there were good food places all over. The overall experience was great.

The Casino and interior are gorgeous and the staff was very helpful. My three-star rating comes from the hotel rooms in Pequot Tower. All the hallways and lobbies on the hotel floors are gorgeous and tasteful. The rooms themselves are quite spacious and the bathrooms are lit beautifully. Unfortunately, upon using the room's features, I encountered several issues. The showerhead functioned at half capacity because the nozzles were clogged. A friend staying in a different room found stray hairs and a razor guard in his tub, which was really gross. The beds made a rubbery, squeaky noise when I laid on them and were wildly uncomfortable. There also was no coffee machine in the room, which is a basic hotel amenity.
Overall, if I were just on a day trip, I think the facilities would have earned a five-star rating, but the hotel accommodations killed it.response / report this review -

Was here to see the impractical jokers show, and also played some slots and had dinner at the buffet. The place is very nice, and huge! Would love to go back and of the place, shop in some of the outlets. The buffet was a little expensive but that's to be expected in a casino. Visited the customer service booth and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return for another visit!

Lots to do, see and eat. The hotel's rooms were very nice. We enjoyed the comfort of the beds, the luxe bathroom and the amenities. The casino's are very spread out. Tough for a person who doesn't fair well with walking a distance. Lots of good games and newer casino games. We ate in a few of the restaurants. Some were outstanding, others my dogs are too good for. Alta Strata is amazing. If you have a chance, you should definitely eat there!

One of the few places left you can smoke indoors! The environment is great here, and there is just so much to do and so many good places to eat. I usually go with the intention of losing money so that I don't leave disappointed. Awesome place to spend the weekend.

Went to Bingo for my birthday (free admission on Tuesdays during your birth month) great time. Beautiful place. Been going here for years! If your in the area, stop in. They have everything. Shopping, dining, arcade for kids, bingo, endless fun. Get here and good luck!

My first CT experience was Foxwoods 25 yrs ago. My next 3 we’re Mohegan Sun since then. I just went back to Foxwoods after all this time only to realize there’s a reason why most people prefer Mohegan. Cleaner by far, easier to get around, less smoke, better brands from stores to restaurants. Foxwoods has rested on their laurels and not kept up with reinvesting the same dollars into the customer experience. Mohegan Sun is a Vegas level Casino and Foxwoods is in the Atlantic City range.

This resort is such a treasure. Loved every moment of being here, the ambiance, The Restaurants, The Casinos, The shopping experience, the Hard Rock cafe, they have a Grand Theater where I watched the very talented Trevor Noah perform, and very "lit" and "pumped" club called The Shrine they party experience here was unforgettable!
Its very close to the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center and the casino offers tours to the museum.
This experience was worth every dollar! One thing though, wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk all day and possibly even get a bit lost as this resort is gigantic!response / report this review -

There is a lot to do right on site because it is a resort. It is very kid friendly with a small movie theatre, sweet shop, video arcade, outdoor pool and bowling alley available right there in the resort. The casino is fairly big and there are other forms of adult entertainment like shows in the theatre, nice restaurants and a spa. I have never been in the pool because I went in the winter both times. At the hotel a shuttle service is available to the airport, which from there you can get on other shuttles to other hotels and casinos. It is set up very nice like that. The time my family and I went during Christmas, the hotel area was very festive and felt homey.

Enjoyed our room and the conference we were there for went great. The food tasted quite good at the various restaurants that we visited. The biggest downsides were the security, which was everywhere and didn't seem to like groups of 4 or more people; the service, which often seemed to not care about the customers; and the drinking restrictions, we got turned away from a bar because we were laughing and one of the women in our group had taken off her heels. There were exceptions to the service experience though, as many of the people serving the conference were lovely. Overall a good experience but Vegas this is not. Also the "largest casino" statement is about square footage, and many of the gambling areas in Vegas feel much larger.

From the outside it appears to be a very nice casino. However, as a truck driver, it was very disappointing to learn that they allow no parking for us; regardless that there is ample space to do so. I saw an entire parking lot virtually unused upon entering, along with the other large lot that accommodated buses, limousines and RV's. Both had extensive areas where semis could park, but they simply do not allow it. As a professional driver, if we find businesses that consider and accommodate us, we become VERY loyal, repeat patrons. But Foxwoods is not one of those companies. That's why my hard earned dollars will remain with those that do consider us when seeking loyal customers. I park, dine, and gamble at a Caesar's, Hollywood or Mohegan Sun property almost every night. All of which have numerous other truckers there also doing the same. Perhaps in the future, Foxwoods will revise its policy and I can provide a more positive review.

Foxwoods is beautiful with so much to do its worth spending a few days. I attended a convention there and it was great. I played some slots, and my only complaint is that a waitress took a drink order and never brought it back. But a male cashier in the same casino, the great cedar I believe. The staff of the Cedar restaurant are amazing and the service is delightful.

Foxwoods Resort and Casino is a beautiful place with beautiful amenities and friendly staff. However I have the distinct feeling that Foxwoods has developed a more Mall like quality since their beginnings. I don't gamble but go to shop and eat and in those capacities Foxwoods meets my needs. To be honest I prefer the Mohegan Sun for its natural ambience.

A really laid back, fun atmosphere with a great diversity of games. The funds are bigger than anticipated, and the beds are nice and firm. We were 15 minutes away Elm Ridge Country Club, which was a blast. Great service and food at the restaurants. Would love to come back!

Foxwoods has a lot to offer in terms of dining, shopping, and entertainment. Bingo is a blast and there are plenty of other gaming options available. Food court service was mediocre. We went to see a show at Fox Theater, the staff, seats and show were phenomenal. Very clean bathrooms. Would definitely return. Have stayed overnight in the past, their hotels are lovely.
