No glasses in room for water, bring your own bottle. Need to go to front desk to request plate or silverware. Poorly laid out room. Their "free breakfast" was a granola bar. No liquor stores or beer available for purchase nearby. Only redeemable quality is the ability to have a pet with you.

Don't stay here. Where to begin. We contacted them to get a rate. Was told about 140 was the rate. Got here and they charged us 200. Got major attitude from front desk clerk. Was very late and just sucked it up and stayed. Got to the room, very outdated, wall was chipping, they put a dresser and tv in front of the mirror so it makes it pointless and looks incredibly stupid. Turn the tv on and it won't switch channels or turn off even the buttons on the tv itself wouldn't work. Pillows are flat and need to be replaced. This place over values themselves and they need to do a complete overhaul. I've stayed in $100 rooms with more value than this place. It's a big area, find a better place to go!

Horrible stay. I was in room 218 and the smell in there was horrible, so bad I avoided the room at all costs and when I did arrive couldn't sleep. Unfortunaly I was not able to switch rooms or find a new hotel as everything was booked. We traveled with 10 people and it seems not all rooms were in the same condition as mine. The bathroom floor and desk had splotches, my co-workers only had one hangar in their rooms.

I would say if you do decide to stay here avoid room 218 as it smells REALLY musky.

Nice and quiet. I could easily park my bobtail in the lot. Definitely don't bring a trailer.

Very easy to check in and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious, with a great little kitchenette. The hotel was about a 8 minute drive to the metro which was an easy way to get to Boston's center and fenway park. Also a nice small free breakfast is available in the morning.

Roon was fine and clean. Bed did not have quality blankets to keep you warm. Advertises Free WiFi, but WiFi is throttled down to useless levels, unless you pay into their WiFi upgrade package. Also advertising Hot Breakfast. This is very misleading as breakfast is cereal bars, pre packaged muffins, and instant oatmeal. It isn't a meal, and it's a poor choice of advertising a hot breakfast, when hot breakfasts elsewhere usually have great egg/fruit/pancake options.

No issues with this hotel. The rooms were clean, there was a coffee bar in the morning, and the front desk was eager to help. The only complaint I have is that the card in the rooms that offers plates and cups, etc. says all you have to do is call the front desk and they'll be brought to your room, whereas we actually had to go to the desk and get them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After calling the morning of to confirm my reservation, I receive a phone call while pulling into the parking lot in a cab(from Logan..30 min away) that they do not have a room for me as there was sprinkler damage. The District Manager walked over and handed me a map quest to a Extended Stay 35 minutes and said I would be staying there. I told her thats not an option as my business was located in Braintree. They offered to find me another hotel but I waited about 20 minutes and then started looking myself and found a hotel less than 1 mile away instantly. (how did I find that not being from the area and they couldn't find it within 20 minutes???) I informed them (GM and DM) that I had found a hotel and voiced my displeasure at their customer service. At this point, the GM Joe Williams told me to leave the hotel and that I "was done there". Not only would I never stay there again, I would debate staying at any Extended Stay America property. MORE LIKE extended STAY AWAY!!!

Rooms are decent. Staff could be more helpful and polite. Very limited selection in the grab-n-go breakfast.

Worst servicebathrooms were dirty. Carpets also not clean. Kitchen items were very old. receptionist talks as if she will beat us.she is not courteous at all for any of the queries .very loud and cold. totally irritated by their room and service .no value for the money we paid. actual plan was to stay for 2 weeks but we checked out in 2 days.
