overall a nice property. plenty of parking is nice as there are several large conference rooms and event areas. The pool area is nice and the breakfast area is large and accommodating. My room provided ample space and was clean. The property overall is dated and in need of a reno it it's nice.

Adequate room. Located close to many business parks and the downtown area. Hotel itself is okay. The TV in the room was small (32 inches). Additionally I ordered a room which should have came with 2 bottles of water. Sad to say, I did not receive the bottles of water. Lastly, the quality of the cookies has gone down hill.

A pretty reasonable place to stay for 10 hours or so. Don't expect the breakfast buffet to actually have food or friendly service. The pillows were also arranged oddly but no star docked for that.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Mostly business travelers so typically quiet at night. Onsite restaurant offers breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet was good variety of traditional hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancake or french toast), fresh fruit, yogurt, hot/cold cereals and pastries. Choice of turkey bacon or turkey sausage daily in addition to pork. Custom omolette station offers egg whites or Belgium waffles. Restaurant staff are super friendly. Fast service ensures you start your business day on time. Great place to stay for business trip

I have been to this hotel for many weeks for work. It had a full service bar and restaurant that had great food. Room service is quick and is the Danby same as the restaurant for a slight premium. The staff will make sure that your stay is exactly how it is supposed to be.

The bar is well-staffed in the morning breakfast is great. My room was comfortable and nothing was out of place. The very pleasant stay but I didn't spend much time in the rooms because I was there for work.

Our visit to this hotel has been a pleasant experience. The room is really good. It was huge and really clean. The furniture was also new. We ordered from the room service as well. The food was good though could have been much better. We didn't get time to use the other amenities but could see a lot of people enjoying their indoor pool. A great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Nice anemies. Pool and hot tub were great and open early. Easy access to highway. Upon arrival received yummy warm choc chip walnut cookies. Safe in room wasn't working but staff came and fixed (replaced batteries) immediately. Bed was very comfortable and standard room was very nice. Highly recommended.

This is definitely one of the nicer DoubleTree hotels I've stayed in for business travel. Clean and modern rooms with Digital Key. Consistently friendly and helpful staff. On-site dining that is well above average.
The location can be a mixed blessing. Sitting near the intersection of the Boston Worcester Turnpike and 495 means dealing with heavy traffic several times a day, but the benefit is short trips to quite a few locations.response / report this review -

I was there for a dinner event. The tables were neatly made, and the waiters were helpful. The food was delicious, especially the steak that was served. The food did get empty a couple times it did take a little time for it to refill. The ambience was great.

Location is near the highway which makes it easily accessible to the great Massachusetts area. Excellent staff who are willing to help and take care of you. Very clean rooms.

We got free warm cookies after checking in, which was a nice touch. We were given a room on the fourth floor which had a nice view. It was also at the end of the hallway so you don't hear people passing. Everything was clean and the room had nice amenities including a fridge. Bathroom was a little small compared to other hotels' but still ok. Staff are very friendly. The only thing I wish the stay included was free breakfast.

Great hotel with a prime location in Westboro Massachusetts. Rooms are quiet and well furnished. All staff that I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful.

The staff here sets the bar for professionalism and hospitality. My family and I stayed here during the weekend of the Boston Marathon and despite being a very busy weekend, rooms and public spaces were very clean and the front desk attendants were very attentive.
As a heads up, there is very little to do IN Westborough as it is a suburb of Boston. However, public transport is close by and commuting into downtown Boston is very easy. As a result of being out of the city (on a busy Easter weekend), we dined at the hotel restaurant for apps one night, breakfast one morning, and dinner another night. Though service was spotty the night we had apps, bartender Rick (the night we had dinner) was very helpful. The hotel had a great dinner special for the marathon and the other food we ordered had generous portions.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends looking to visit Boston without the expenses of staying downtown.response / report this review
