Steve in the Sleep Shop was fabulous and put us in the perfect mattress to suit our needs. He listened to what we wanted and knew exactly where to guide us. We are very happy with the service we received as usual from Jordan’s.

Once again, Jordan's Furniture was an excellent choice! We had a great experience determining the right mattress for us (thank you Evan!) and deliveries were first rate. Only comment - delivery personnel should be equipped with disposable booties upon entering the house. I certainly don't expect them to take their shoes off but Jordan's should be supplying them with the booties so as not to track stuff into the house. The delivery personnel were helpful and courteous! Jordan's is definitely hiring the right people! Thank you again for a great experience!

This is a second purchase of a mattress from Jordan's. The first was about ten years ago. I remember I had a good experience with Jordan's back then, and I had an excellent experience this time also. About a week ago, I went to the store, did the sleep test, and purchased a new, recommended mattress, which was delivered yesterday. The interactions and experiences I had with the store person and delivery person were professional and thorough. My questions were answered, and delivery was prompt. A short time ago, I awoke after having a noticeably better sleep than I've had in a long time. The price of the mattress was reasonable and fair, and was about what I expected. Its quality was great. The brand I purchased was a Simmons Beautyrest, but I would advise going by the Jordan's sleep tech recommendations and not by what I bought specifically.

We have been Jordan's Furniture shoppers for years, and have almost always been very satisfied. This time we were looking for a sectional sofa for our family room to replace a 15 year old one that we had also bought at Jordan's. Our sales person was Peter Spiller, and he was extremely helpful without being pushy or pressuring us. He seemed to figure out what our taste was fairly quickly and made a number of helpful suggestions, some of which made the item less expensive. He was also very patient. The next morning after our shopping trip I was going through a pile of old mail that had come while we were on vacation the week before. I came across a circular from Jordan's with a 15% coupon, and it had been in effect the day we were there. Of course, I wanted to kick myself for having missed out on that opportunity. However, I contacted Peter by email and explained the situation. He got back to me promptly and told me if I would send him the coupon number, he would adjust the price and give me the sale price. Thanks to that, we saved over $600! I strongly recommend Jordan's Furniture and Peter Spiller.

Very nice and clean store. There are so many choices to buy mattress in Natick area, but I think Jordan's Furniture is one of the best stores. Very knowledgeable, friendly and polite sales people. The whole process of buying took just a few minutes. Delivery was scheduled for a couple of days after purchase and guys came on time and did everything very professionally and fast. I am glad I bought mattress at Jordan's and can recommend this store to everyone. Thanks.

Go here for the IMAX which is the same price as a 3D movie at a regular theatre. Comfy seats. Just bring ear plugs, it's potentially harmful to your hearing.

The horrible and persistent advertising, which I despise, makes me hate myself for shopping here. That said, this is a big furniture store with a good selection. There's not much sales pressure for the furniture but the mattress department is a nightmare of upselling--avoid that department--it's not hard to do. The other big problem is the fact that they charge 6% for delivery and installation. I like this service, but I shouldn't have to spend $240 for "installation" of a $4,000 couch, or even having them carry it in.

NEVER buy their insurance/warranty thing.. it is a fraud.. they keep telling you that it will cover any problem with stains and cleaning and all that.. but the truth is that it doesn't.. unless you call instantly when you get a stain, they won't cover multiple stains claiming that it is your problem that you didn't call on the spot!!! THEY DON'T COVER ACCUMULATIONS.. so funny!! so it is better for you and them to call them daily than to call them once after you get accidental couple of stains! does this make sense to anyone???

We bought so many furniture from Jordan like dinning table,Sofa,Bed and carpet.The Sofa which i bought from Natick with protection plan is now time to share that they did not change which we wanted even there is a coverage for the same.It took around three month to send a technician to my house.He brought wrong parts for the back of sofa not the cushion but we claimed for the seats(cushion).He did not took it back but changed it(back).We were not satisfied that time because he changed the wrong parts leaving the actual seat skin replace.Today they called us a week after the event to pay for the cushion cover if we wanted.They are charging $ 190.00 for seat skin(cushion).We are decided to buy as we do not have the options.We paid and waiting for the material to change by ourselves.The thing is that at the time of buying the sofa they motivated us to take the coverage and we did the same.Today we feel that it is a kind of cheating the customer so far.

Amazing store, great furniture at honest prices. Has a kellys roast beef attached on the side, and an Imax Sunbrella theater at the heart. What more can you ask for when furniture shopping? :)

I Bought a Bedroom set 4 years ago. it included 2 night tables with light on the bottom for bedtime. Since that time one night table had to be serviced 4X. The same night table over and over. Today when I called they told me the warranty had expired and the last time they came was for a courtesy call..If this has happened 4x in 4 years why is there no Lemon Law?. They told me it would cost $79 for one of their guys to come over and diagnose it and then extra for parts and labor. I've bought a Living room set from them, a dining room set from them and mattresses from them.Where the hell is the CUSTOMER SERVICE, Time to look at other furniture stores

I had a great experience shopping here! They have a variety of furniture for different budgets. If you're shopping for sofas, ask them to take you to the outlet area (it's in a backroom environment). They have new furniture there at very reasonable prices. I would definitely consider returning here for future furniture shopping!

Nice furniture store with a large range of options in terms of price, style, and fabrics. It's a good place to browse if you're not sure exactly what you're looking for. The staff are friendly and helpful and offered us some practical things to think about as we considered what we wanted. Overall a good shopping experience and selection.
