Incredible location for my business trip.
Everything the about the hotel was beyond my
expectations. I will stay there again and book my
reservations at other Best Western Royal Plaza Hotels
in future business and vacation trips. A refreshing change
from other chains I've stayed at.

Absolutely a great place to stay. When I come to town I will only stay at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel/Trade Center. I received excellent service from a fine young man named Cameron who works at the front desk. "Little John and "Big" John were both awesome as well, so polite and accommodating. These 3 wonderful people made sure my stay in their hotel was not only comfortable but enjoyable. I learned so much about their city. They really went way over the call of duty. I am very grateful!

The crew at the all Star bar and grill were absolutely awesome especially Laurel and Oscar. After checking in late they made me a meal after hours and couldn't have been more accommodating. This level of service persisted throughout my stay.

Had a great experience here. Check in and out were speedy, and the staff was wonderful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great and staff was nice. Also the lounge had really good service and food. Overall I highly recommend this Best Western. I also love the rewards program!

Staying here for work. Pet friendly. $25/night with $100 maximum. This is not a typical Best Western. It's a large conference center with two restaurants and on site car rental. Rooms are nice with microwave and refrigerator. There's a shopping center not too far away. It's near embassy suites and Hampton inn. The staff has been very polite so far. I did find one strand of hair on my bed but the room and bathroom were clean otherwise. The needs have small square pillows that are the size of throw pillows. I wish they had standard sized pillows. I will update this review after my stay. I should be here four weeks.

It has been 5-6 years since I last stayed at this hotel for a similar conference. It is nice to see the clean, modern look of the hotel has replaced the tired look of a lot of conference hotels. The food and facilities were excellent. It was also easy in/easy out for setting up the booth. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable and the showers were hot.

This was my first time at this hotel and I was pleased with the service. I was attending an expo there and it was quite busy; however my needs were accommodated in a timely fashion. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

Awesome staff. They listened, answered questions, provided suggestions. We wanted to go into Boston, but were concerned about traffic. They took us to the train station in the courtesy van, told us which subway to take, suggested activities and followed up to see how our experience went. We felt like we were with old friends. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the wait staff was so friendly. We are recommending this hotel to all our friends. We felt we were staying with family. The room was comfortable, immaculate, and so quiet.

My experience at this Best Western hotel was terrific. The people who worked the front desk were very pleasant and personable. The staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I really was impressed with the overall experience.

Very nice hotel, used for hockey tournament. Breakfast was a plus, my husband said "best hotel breakfast ever". Pool was nice, a little crowded but not hotels fault. Room was big, and amenities were nice with unexpected mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future needs

Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center is a wonderful place to host your convention, Trade Show, large gathering or wedding. They are professional, and know what they are doing, and do it well. I wouldn't recommend it for a quiet couple's retreat. It is definitely very busy all the time. Numerous events going on at once.The rooms are newly renovated, and the beds are super comfortable. The staff assisting with events and in lounge and Breakfast restaurant are the best I have seen in my travels. Friendly, happy faces in the early morning, is such a nice way to begin the day. And the food was hot and fresh. Our banquet was orchestrated perfectly, and that menu was also very tasty. I look forward to my return next year. It's been mostly the same employees for as long as I can remember, and they remember me each year. How nice is that?

The staff were pleasant and rooms were clean, food was good through roomservice. We did have a couple issues with our air conditioner, it was intolerably loud and also wasn't cold. The staff definitely addressed our concern and quickly, yet our unit was very old so they were able to get rid of the sound, but it still wasn't blowing cold air. (Also consider it is February and for some strange reason there was a heat wave and we needed A/C). Also the mini fridge was a nice addition yet it also wasn't very cold and could barely chill our beverages. I am confident that they would have simply moved us into a more comfortable room if it didn't happen to be the same weekend as a very large convention where they had no vacancies. The hotel is great, our experience however, happened to be only warrant a 3/5 star given our circumstances.

I had a lovely and very good stay here. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and it was clear to me that they really wanted to make sure my stay was enjoyable and relaxing. There was an incident with another guest of the hotel, so it was not the hotel's fault, but when I reported it (just so their staff could be aware in case it happened again with someone else), I was grateful for the response I received. The staff went out of their way to make sure that the right people were notified and they made sure that I was comfortable after the incident. I was pleased with their response and it made me feel safe during my stay. I liked how this hotel was tucked away from the main street and far enough away from the highway so that I was not able to hear any noise from either of those two. It also helped tremendously that it was very close to the grocery store and other eateries. My room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

As per the other reviews that describe the decor as dated, they may be right but I guess it's not that important to me. I would recommend this Best Western hotel to anyone wishing for a quiet hotel and peaceful visit.
