Rooms are clean but older. Staff is friendly. If traveling with child, i would not recommend staying here though! There is no mini-fridge or microwave in the rooms makes it hard to keep any milk, snacks, food in the room for baby. Going out to eat for every meal or snack is difficult with s small child. No complimentary breakfast for guests.

I do prefer Holiday Inn Express because you get free breakfast vs Holiday Inn but no complaints. It's convenient from the highway and there are nice enough rooms.

My daughter and I recently attended a wedding at the.Marlborough, MA location October 14. Was disappointed with the meal and wait staff. The staff was stressed and when they served us, which was late I might add, it was cold. Soup and salad were fine. I was brought a main course that I didn't order, and I kindly told her I had the chicken. She went on to serve other tables, and after 10 minutes, I had to go to her. My entire plate was cold when she brought it. I witnessed 2 trays of food being dropped. When the 2nd dropped tray near my table fell, the waitress said, "Well I guess they're not eating." Entertainment was great. Wish I could say the same for the meal.

Went for a work required training and did not stay overnight. Food for breakfast and lunch was wonderful and the service from the staff was great. Hotel is easily accessible with plenty of parking. Bathrooms were clean.

3 stars because management NEEDS to take their employees out n about to see, feel, touch what is to be in customer service.
Don't roll your eyes if a client comes to tell you their room key don't work.
Remind guest not to put their key near their phone politely.
Remind the security guard to look like a security guard when guest come in
Put a chair behind the front desk for your pregnant employee so she can rest her legs a little.

We stayed in Suite 421, very nice and clean. Desk staff very friendly, Luvia is the best. For such a busy hotel it was quiet! There is a restaurant on site and also a lounge. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and will be staying here again.

I've stayed here many times for work and this place is great. The breakfast spread is awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant off the lobby that is open to guests and outside patrons alike that is fantastic.

Location was easily accessible and had plenty of parking. The room was large, well lit, and comfortable for a big conference group. My only complaint is that they put chicken in my salad when I ordered the vegetarian option. If you need special diet foods bring your own.

Nice and clean rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They have kindly refunded me for some nights due to having my flight plans changed because of the snow storms in 2017.

Stayed in this hotel for around 3 months and felt so much at home. I like almost everyone in this hotel and they are very nice and kind. Breakfast is good I would say. No lunch and that's the only downside to it as there are hardly any place walking distance to go to. But other than that the rooms are great and spacious. Cleaning is super. Reception is always welcoming. I must say I had a wonderful stay!

Great hotel. I feel like you can't really go wrong with a Holiday Inn and that was especially true with this location. My company booked me a double bed when I was traveling solo. The staff was great and changed my room to a nicer, more comfortable one because I was going to be here for a while. The room was spacious and clean, there is a really nice indoor pool, a bar, and the staff is great. I'll will stay hear again when ever I'm in the area.
