Visited this Courtyard on business. The lobby area is spacious and well maintained, there is a small convenience food corner, but prices were expensive as expected. Parking was complimentary.
There is a restaurant, but the hours are limited, I had dinner there and it was above average compared to similar hotel restaurants that I've visited. Lots of TVs, good atmosphere.
There is an awesome looking gym downstairs that charged $10 for hotel guests to use, I instead chose to use the small fitness center on the first floor, it had a few exercise machines and some weights. It's confusing to get into the fitness center because the key entry is on the opposite wall - they should add a placard.
The rooms are a bit aged, popcorn ceiling and old carpet tells me this place was likely built in the 70s and could use a renovation, it was clean though. Room had a fridge and coffee maker, no microwave.response / report this review -

This Marriot courts the Patriots, their fans —and if your a fan of a Boston team, this is the go to Marriot Hotel with a large open space adjacent to a sweeping lobby that has multiple flat screens and plenty of room for a rooting crowd and a service area to keep them in food and beverages until game over.
And when the game is over, there is an Olympic sized pool, and an exceptionally large exercise room well stocked with equipment and sauna. Enjoy! The rooms are a bit older than some of the other Marriott’s but nothing that would take away from your stay here or make it in the least bit inconvenient. Enjoy!response / report this review -

Attended a professional conference here. It is a great location and is clean and well run. The food provided for lunch was good too!

Went to a work seminar complaints Only one bathroom for guests and it is a long wait when loads of people get a break from meetings. Otherwise very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful great workers there in my opinion give them more money.

Just there to get ready for a wedding and then wind down from the wedding for a day. We had snacks and drinks at the bar late night and they were very friendly, courteous and attentive.

Decent size hall, for a quarterly managers meeting. The food was buffet style not the best but not the worst . staff was quick and proficient . I would recommend it to others for events .

I am here for business for the next 2 weeks I wish I had a microwave in my room. I guess I should of called in advance to request a room with one. The staff is very friendly even at 1:30 A.M. when people tend to be grouchy. After my original post the manager of the hotel ran to my room with a microwave so I could enjoy hot food while I relaxed. If I ever go back to Marlborough Mass I will be staying here.
