They have a friendly staff that doesn't pressure you to buy anything. We went in and the associate asked what we were looking for and then pointed out our options. After showing us what they had he told us he would be up front if we needed him. He answered all of my questions and over all it was a great experience. There were not alot of options compaired to a larger warehouse store but if your on a budget and want to look around in peace then this is the place to go.

Jc at billy bobs helped us out with the price. Me & my girlfriend went to all furniture stores in town. We found a couch we fell in love with at mega furniture. Mega went down 15% on it on top of it already being 50% off. We wanted to get them down just a little more cause it was out of our price range, they were set at they're price, we went to billy bobs & immediately JC found the same one and went down $130 more. They even offer great insurance for great price! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody

JC helped me get the best deal for a sofa I found at mega furniture that was higher than I could spend so I had been recommended to bobs furniture by family and he beat their price! I’m very happy with the purchase I really got what I wanted at a great price. I recommend the store and JC to help you.

I went to Billy Bob's beds for a mattress, and I had a very good buying experience. The staff was very courteous, and they helped me get the mattress loaded in my truck. I plan to purchase there next time, and I would recommend this store to my friends.

I went to Billy Bobs for a full size mattress that I needed a good deal on for my 3 year old and ended up getting a pillow top at a great price. I also live close so I asked if they really could tie it down to my car so I didn't have to pay for delivery and they did that also and joked that I could even keep the rope free. I read the reviews and ignored them. It's the best deal in town- the store gets busy and why would you return a mattress? Just my thoughts

BED BUGS BEWARE I purchased a mattress 2 days ago when I went to take it out of the plastic I noticed a dead bug. It was supposely new and was in plastic. I called to get a refund but they only do exchanges. Why would I want another sketchy mattress? I just wanted the mattress out of my home and my money back. When they refused, I asked if they could just take it back no refund I just DON'T WANT BED BUGS IN MY HOME. They refused that as well. They're customer service is terrible and the fact that I brought that dirty matress inside is make me cringe. I'm just glad I didn't take it out of the plastic .

I called early in the day to check if they were open due to the poor weather conditions. The lady on the line assured me they were open and acted a bit surprised that I had even asked if they were open. I drove 15 miles to get there to find the store closed, so I called her back. She blatantly lied to me and said that she never had said they were open due to the weather, when she DID tell me they were open. She didn't even apologize, and I am dissatisfied with this poor communication. You can buy bed frames just down the road from Big Lots, which is what I did!

I s/w a lady by the name of Caroline and I guess by my questions it caused her to have an abrupt change in her tone with me. I wanted to know their return policy and was informed they did not have one. I just wanted to confirm if there was any defect in the item I bought they would do an even exchange. Horrible customer service! I dont recommend!

Actually, I give them 0 stars! I hope anyone thinking of doing business with this crooks do your research first. They are thieves in my eyes. If you put a layaway give them a deposit, but than decide you found same item elsewhere or simply do want to purchase item. They have not loss a single cent. Actually they have been using your money at no interest, yet they say they will not give your refund back. That is insane. A truly legit business, Will never keep your deposit. Well, this people will not give you your money back. Keep in mind they have not lost a single cent. Once you pay off the layaway, there is a waiting period because they have to than order your items and pay the manufacturer. So how can they refuse to give you your money?

They use the old bait and switch. They have a cal king advertised but when I went in the salesman told me they even didn't make cal king in the brand i was looking at. I thought false advertisement was illegal. Then he tried pushing a more expensive mattress that I already told him I wasn't interested in. Don't waist your time on these clowns. There's other places in San Antonio with bigger selections at the same price.

Best prices around. This is a no frills place, so if you're looking for fancy displays and sales persons in suites, this is not the place for you, but if you want quality furniture and like saving money, you better shop here.

I bought a Corsicana Mattress from this company and it's failed within 9 months. Mattress bulges out on both sides. I purchased this for my son who is not overweight by no means. Cheap mattress. Billy Bobs will not honor warranty without the original receipt and will not take a bank statement showing purchase. Buyer beware. They also do not return calls.

Do not go to these unprofessional disrespectful a holes. Guy there told me there prices can't be beat and when I informed him of a better price at another store he childishly told me to buy from them and not bothered to match. He was pissed I proved him wrong and behaved like a child.

Stay away from these unprofessional delusional retards.
