The service at this place is nop notch. Bellhop will bring your luggage to your room, full valet, staff is always ready to help. They will literally bring utensils or appliances to your room, or even run across the street to Walgreens for you. Truly above and beyond. Besides that, the hotel itself is gorgeous and the Library bar is extremely classy.

An absolutely beautiful historic hotel. The rooms are so very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! What a wonderful weekend!

Staff was super nice and very helpful. Rooms are a bit pricey and you hear everything going on in the hallways. Had to stay here for a business event otherwise I would stay elsewhere next time. Overall had a nice room with nice accommodations but it was a bit more than I was wanting to pay.

Great and friendly staff. Great customer service. The hotel is charming and the restaurant and bar are well above par. The rooms, for the price, are too small and lack what other 4 stars have. But overallrecommend. also it's in a great part of Dallas.

Lovely and gracious old fashioned hotel in the heart of Dallas' uptown area. I love the love nightly piano jazz at the library bar. And the food is excellent. Perfect for a romantic getaway or just some gracious treatment and old-fashioned grown-up time away.

We got a great rate on a King Corner room and were so happy with the room. Although the complimentary robe was way to short for my tall frame, I’m not sure my wife minded ;) the hotel was in great proximity to a few local restaurants and the bed was wonderful. Great service, next time I will opt out of the valet service and park on the street to save some cash, all around great hotel!

I went for brunch on a Sunday. The dining area was very asthetically pleasing and the service was wonderful. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Did not have to wait to be seated. Would recommend to others!

Nice, old, charming hotel with large rooms. The top floors have a good view down on the tree-filled neighborhood. My only minor complaint is that the AC was loud and its cycles infrequent, leading to large temperature swings (warm to comfortable to warm). But overall, it's a nice place to stay.

We're there to get ready for a wedding that was at Arlington Hall. Used the groom's parents room to get dressed before and after the event. Room was nice if a little small and older looking. Not sure how old the hotel is, but room felt outdated to other places I've stayed in in Dallas.

Good location. Restaurants within walking distance. Nice bar/restaurant inside. Clean, comfy rooms. Free wifi. And a car on-site that will take you anywhere within 3 miles (just tip the driver). Pretty great for an easy work stop.

An excellent option outside of downtown Dallas. Very spacious rooms in a really nice property. Bathroom is perfect, as in a high end hotel. Continental breakfast is quite nice. Customer service was excellent, very accommodating. Overall quality for price is sensational.

Prior to entering hotel, take a look at the entire building. Really Historic architecture.
Staff greeted me immediately opening front doors. Desk staff was super friendly and helpful.
Explored different floors. Pool area is really cool and they are finishing outside pool bar. Spa looked nice as well. Both on 7th floor.
Our room was upgraded and was double the size of normal hotel room including sitting area.
