Wonderful hotel. Very large and chic design!!! Room was decently spacious and comfortable. There was a variety of furniture through out the room. Also had wonderful views. The one room for improvement was the fact that the entire hotel only had one microwave. Quite shocking for a hotel of its size with a restaurant on the premises. Also staff was very friendly and actually answered the phone quickly every time I called!

Location is good. Near downtown. We walked to parts of downtown but you'll probably want to drive. Room was very comfortable (great view). Service was good, too. The front desk hooked me up with a tooth brush and paste when I forgot it.

Really great place. Great views. The staff seemed really busy as there were a couple of conferences going on. I asked them to check out my shower drain because it wasn't draining and the lady wrote down my room number and said she'd take care of it but I immediately knew it would get lost in the mix and it did. But the place is a top notch stay. Clean. Good location. Walking distance to everything. I'd stay there again no problem.

Very nice hotel with some great views and in a great location! The front desk staff was very nice and the rooms were very nice. I deducted a star for the bar staff that was not very good. They did not seem interested in keeping drinks full and seemed to have a generally poor attitude as if they didn't care. Other than that, very good hotel! The Hyatt chain has done a very good job.

Update: Response from the owner!! +1 Star, I am sure the problem will be fixed!

I only briefly experienced the conference areas. Overall they were nice. The individual room I was in became very warm, the A/V gear was extremely convenient and worked flawlessly, the edible gift for presenters was great, and the rooms became rather messy after several sessions. (I'm not sure which if these things are the responsibility of the Hyatt.) The weather was excellent so parking in the north lot and walking in worked well. Even in the midst of a busy conference, I never had any problem moving from place to place within the hotel.

Absolutely Amazing time at this Hotel. Beautiful veiw from the room and everything was very clean and organized. It's in a great location. The staff was very friendly and the whole hotel is very beautiful. Loved having a store inside that's open 24/7. I will be returning to this one when I return to Dallas.

Just about as good as it gets, as far as hotels go.

We spend one night there recently. We parked ourselves and they were incredibly nice. They let us check in 3 hours early to meet our friend who were staying a few days.

We ended up eating dinner and then breakfast at the hotel. We also had drinks up the the amazing, slowly turning, observation tower.

Although everything (including the coffee in the morning) was pretty expensive, there are some times it's nice to have the best. All of the food and service was top notch.

The room itself, with the electric powered window shade was gorgeous and immaculately clean. We'd be quick to stay here again. Anytime!

I stayed as an overnight guest at the Hyatt Regency Dallas and was more than impressed with my stay. Located in the heart of downtown Dallas, the Hyatt Regency Dallas provides easy access to most of the major freeways of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It also provides many amenities to it's guest including but not limited to: valet service, room service, a pool, a 24-hour gym, HD Televisions with a plethora of channels and food service to the hotel from a variety of restaurants. The look and feel is clean and modern and carries throughout the whole hotel. Rooms and modernly furnished and aesthetically pleasing. I would absolutely stay again as a guest at the Hyatt Regency Dallas and would be hard pressed to find another overnight stay that offered more for less.

Hotel employees were very sweet and knowledgeable. Rooms very large, modern, large restroom (could be used for handicap room) Pool on 3rd floor is very nice, with covered cabanas. Pool water was cool. Every room has a huge picture window to see the city skyline. Several dining options on site. Valet parking or self park. Self park fee is $20 night but have access to come & go. The Make-up show had an event here this weekend as well as other events. Lovely place, close to Dallas Zoo and other attractions. Restaurants, pubs, bars& grills near by. Access to free shuttle. Will definitely be back asap.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful view of Downtown Dallas. Drinks at the bar are expensive but strong!! They even had karaoke which was very entertaining. Our room was nice, however, I did discover the sheets were not clean (blood stain on the comforter). Good thing I ALWAYS bring my own sheets and towels for reasons like this. The sheets were changed, but who knows if they were even clean.

Great location, updated rooms, excellent service. Valet parking worked well. Air conditioning was blowing on us a bit at night but we could control the temperature. We were able to change our checkout time later with no problems either. Definitely would stay again!

The rooms were spacious and very well decorated, even if the lobby and bars seemed kind of gaudy. Staff was awesome-very attentive and really helpful. I would definitely stay here again

I attended the TBRU event at the Hotel over the past weekend and I must say the hotel is beautiful and the staff are the most friendly and welcoming I have ever encountered. We are (I would imagine) one of the wildest and most colorful crowds they have ever catered to and they took it in stride with humor and graciousness. They even had the lounge staff decked out in bear shirts which I thought was a fantastic touch. Thanks for having us! I will return for the next event and be sure to stay here for any business in Dallas from now on. Perfect location.

The room was good. The bed was hard and direct over the street, but otherwise fine. The staff was great. Ate at the Italian restaurant. Not impressed. Ordered pizza that had egg topped on it. The egg was still raw. Sent the pizza back and received an omelet on the pizza on my original plate with raw egg still on the plate. My husband ordered a sausage meal. The sausage was incredibly dry. The staff was friendly but obviously still learning a new menu.

Our event was in the grand ballroom and it was stunning. My girlfriend and I have dietary restrictions which were met perfectly, I was really impressed. The food was really tasty though a bit cold. Service was attentive and polite. We had a small concert at the close of the event and the acoustics sounded great! Parking was surprisingly fast and easy given the volume of people. 10/10 would event again.
