Very nice lunch. The service was spot on, the setting is elegant, and the food was excellent. Don't think twice about trying the burger, it is delicious.

The bar at the Mansion makes great cocktails and with care. Any special request you may have will be tended with seriousness and bartending professionalism. Live music starts at 9p, and on the busier nights of the week, when every table, couch, chair, and stool are occupied, it does get loud enough that you have to raise your voice 'not a little' to have any conversation, especially if there is more than one other person in your party.

    Two tips:
    1) if you like a beautiful large cylindrical ice cube in your cocktail glass, just ask.
    2) For first-timers: when you enter the circle drive at the property, the right hand entrance (the first covered walkway in the drive) is for the hotel side and the second covered walkway is the entrance to the restaurant. Upon entering through the restaurant entrance, the bar and lounge area is a 90 degree right turn immediately as you come inside.

I noticed that the pens at the Mansion say only one thing "A sense of place". Those words ring true to the spirit our stay there. We stayed overnight the weekend of our wedding. The staff is incredibly attentive and warm. The shower is an wonderful experience that makes other showers pale in comparison. The location and decor themselves marvelously beautiful. All of this makes your stay at the Mansion something that truly transcends a stay at a hotel.

Took my girlfriend here for our anniversary. The service was FANTASTIC. the chef even came out to personally greet us and ask if we liked the food. The lights are dim so everything looks very romantic in general. I would 100% recommend it to anyone

Arnie Rodriguez may be one of the finest people I have ever met. He was so respectful of my circumstance. I don’t drink alcohol but I enjoy non-alcoholic beer. This can make for an awkward conversation sometimes if not handled discretely by the server. Arnie knew how to make sure I was served with dignity.

Evan the concierge was amazing as well. He went above and beyond any expectation. I called down to have a pizza ordered in around 9:30 pm. Unfortunately the restaurant was unable to deliver. Evan called me a few minutes later to see how my experience went while ordering. I told him the story and he asked if he could help. I threw him a curve and asked if he had anyone that could run me over to a fast food burger joint. Without hesitation he said “yes sir.” When I got down stairs he had a beautiful Lexus pulled up and the door open. Then I met Gerardo.

Gerardo was so kind. He drove me to In-n-Out burger and waited for a few min while I went in to order. He had great conversation with me on the drive and was so servant-hearted.

Thank you so much. Y’all are amazing. Jason Hooe

My wife and I spent our wedding night at The Mansion. I can't explain how incredible our stay was. From the room to the service to the grounds and food. It will always be one of the best memories of my life. 10/10 absolutely recommend.

I had dinner here for my girlfriend's birthday. Party of 5, everyone had something different, everyone said that it was some of the best they ever had. The servers provided constant attention. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle that there isn't any reason to fear traffic or crowds but not so far a to be inconvenient. All of that inside a gorgeous mansion worth matching interior.

My friend and I came to the mansion bar for drinks. There was a lovely place to sit. We had some wine and truffle fries while listening to live music. The music was great as well as the dancing.

We were treated like royalty. Our room was bigger than my apartment and we had excellent room service. Definitely worth the extra $$ when staying in Dallas.

Had a reservation for one night and circumstances out of my control required me to move it to the following night. After explaining the situation, the Mansion said they would not be able to change my reservation and would have to bill me for both nights. In fairness to the Mansion, I was past the cancellation window, but I have stayed this hotel many times and have hosted 3 big corporate events there over the past few years, so this was disappointing.

UPDATE: They have since contacted me and fully corrected the problem, thank you for the great customer service.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was very kind. The hotel is conveniently located. The window shades are blackout curtains. There is a control panel near the bed for all lights in the room. A newspaper was delivered at my door in the morning. Finally, the cookies on the way out were the best cookies I have ever eaten. I only took one cookie to go. It may be my greatest regret of the weekend.

I read some negative reviews of The Adolphus, but they were all centered in the fact that it was under construction. It is, the main lobby area is closed down. I had also read it is an iconic hotel. Yes, very little social area of the hotel in the area but that´s it. Everything else is absolutely amazing. The rooms are completely refurbished and I know that some floors are still being fixed. It is classic and elegant in the outside, modern and cozy in the inside. Everything in the room was top-notch. Staff were friendly and I did not hear any noise from the construction. The spa and gym just opened, and they are AMAZING.

Gorgeous place!! The ambience is cozy and romantic. Interiors are warm and comfortable. The service is impeccable. Polite friendly servers. The patio seating have these delicate little lanterns floating around. ♡ The menu options are quite limited but delicious. My favorites were the mint orange mock tail & their pecan fig salad.
