I had a room with a King sized bed and a HUGE bathtub. It was well worth the money. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I've stayed here a couple of times and it has never let me down. Definitely would recommend

I booked this hotel on a discount app (hotel tonight) and was expecting to get what I paid for. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room and the very friendly staff. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and the shower slightly janky, hence the 4 star rating. But the rest of the experience was great. The rest of the room was recently renovated and the bed was comfortable (I'm very picky). I would stay here again.

The room was comfortable, and clean. We stayed for our wedding night in a King suite with a Jacuzzi. I really enjoyed the bed, and the carpet was pretty. The continental breakfast buffet was great! We really liked the waffles with hearts stamped on them. The only criticisms I can give are that Best Western needs bigger pillows for their beds, and lids and flavored creamers for the coffee in the rooms. Also maybe less chlorine in the Jacuzzi. Other than that, our stay was fantastic. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Our reservations were for three nights during the water outage. We were pleased with our room. Good mattress and pillows. The breakfast each morning was great! A good variety of breakfast choices. The attendant was always there to replenish the food and help if there were questions. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Very nice lobby, safe area (wasn’t nervous about vehicle theft), no issues with the reservation, and a beautiful spread for breakfast.

The guy checking me in apparently didn’t like his job, he maybe said three sentences to me while talking up a storm with the other guest services employee. I would call his attitude borderline rude.

The gal who replaced him was very kind, as well as the gal who helped me with checkout the following morning.

The room was in need of repair. The caulking was cracked and some was missing around the bathtub (which I didn’t use because it was definitely not cleaned), and the toilet seat had not been cleaned.

I’ll be staying at a different best western in the area next time.

I was given horrible customer service the first time I tried to use my room. It was on my wedding night and their system was down so they turned me away and Bree the employee was extremely rude about it. I was later compensated for it and my stay that they gave me later was fine. Still not my wedding night.

I stayed 5 days at the best western in Tucson. Even though there was road constuction in front; my room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great and there was hot coffee 24 hours a day. The staff could not have been nicer. Gowing up my family would always look for a Best Western hotel when traveling, now I will too.

Super friendly staff! Comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK. Hot breakfast - pressed egg patties and sausages were dicey.

Room was poorly decorated. Missing night stand on one side of the bed (had to use my luggage as a table). No luggage rack, had to use the Jacuzzi instead. The Jacuzzi took up a decent amount of room space - why have one? It's not a romantic gateway to justify a massive Jacuzzi! Missing pictures on the wall! Awfully noisy heating/cooling system. Traffic noise was bad.

Have to say that the staff were fantastic! Didn't expect them to address the issues, hopefully the management/owners can.

Room was clean and nice. Heated pool was refreshing. Breakfast was yummy. The bathroom is too small and the fan did not work well. Also the hot water was cold and vice versa in the tub.

I was at the Best Western for a training seminar. It's conveniently located next to I-275. The room was comfortable and served the purpose well. I cannot speak to the bedrooms, but I was pleased with the experience of the meeting room.

OK experience, nothing special. Rooms are clean, comfy and decently appointed. Free breakfast is kinda weak but edible.
Good selection of TV channels. Don't get a room on the side close to the Freeway, it's too noisy there.

Apr-2017 - Back again. Very disappointed with their almost complete lack of security. Every outside door for entry into the hotel has a broken lock and is completely unsecured (has been for MONTHS). During this last stay they also didn't turn on the lights for the parking lot at night, leaving it dark and creepy.
An unsecured hotel right at a freeway exit would seem to be an open invitation to rapists but the desk clerk did not seem concerned.

The room was absolutely beautiful, the staff were very nice, helpful and everyone had a smile on their faces. Breakfast was so yummy and lots to choose from, very clean and i like how it's set up restaurant style. Just loved the stay and I will be back. The price was great for a 1 night stay too! Great Job BW!

The Best Western in Livonia, Michigan is an exceptional hotel. The prices are excellent. We have stayed in hotels that cost 4-5 times as much and the service and quality at this hotel was just as good - maybe better.

The staff at the hotel is attentive and is very concerned about their guests' satisfaction.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Wifi worked perfectly and there were absolutely no issues with anything in the room.. There's a really good free breakfast and the dining area is very pleasant.

The desk person during check-n was super helpful, gave us valuable tips about the hotel and area, and had a great sense of humor. The manager greeted the guests during breakfast to make sure everything was perfect.

This is a very well run hotel. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Trusty hotel! This is my third visit and every time has been excellent across the board. Staff is super hospitable, checked in late and they gave me a later check out time. Rooms are big and comfy. Everything was very clean. Big lobby and great breakfast. Conveniently located across from shops and I96. Definitely recommended.
