  I Stayed at this hotel from 12/11/ to 12/15. I left my laptop on the desk in my room on 12/14. Someone went into my room, opened up the back cover of my laptop, and stole all my memories from my laptop! I'll never stay at this hotel again ever. If you are planning on staying at this hotel, be careful with your valuables. Never trust anyone at the hotel.

  We researched this motel via internet and it was not up to our expectations. Breakfast was not included with the room, there were stains on our sheets, we had 4 in our room, only three towels. The caulking was loose in our bathtub and the pillows were horrible. This is a no star motel.

  Attended the holiday inn for a business event. The power point screen was too small to see in the very back, and the room got hot quick. The staff were very accommodating and turned the A.C. on as soon as we informed them.

  Nice hotel, nice rooms. Tiny bathrooms, no breakfast, staff is amazing 🤗🤗 Didn't get to enjoy the pool/spa much, lots of kids (parties) and there were no adult only hours, at least they aren't enforced if there are any.i must say that was the only disappointing part as I booked the hotel on the basis of relaxing in the hot tub, not being splashed by it repeatedly. Stayed 4 nights. Everyone should be able to enjoy it, but adults should have the last hour or so

  Stayed just a night. Spacious rooms and well maintained hotel. Disappointed by the lack of plug points next to the beds. Otherwise had a good stay.

  With so many hotel options in the area I would never book with this hotel again. I booked a king bed online for my stay and they told me they only had two double bed available. Staff was rude and unprofessional about it. Bedrooms smelled like smoke and we not completely clean. I asked to speak with a manger regarding my stay and I was told they do not have a manger on duty and that I would hear back from one on Monday when they are in again. I never heard anything back so I called them. I was placed on hold and when someone finally answered they immediately hung up before saying a word. I would never stay in this hotel again.

  The room was clean, comfortable mattress and nice staff. Lobby area was nice. I spent most of the night here playing cards with my co-workers. Didn't try the breakfast because they charged for it so I opted for the Tim Hortons down the street.

  I was there with my wife and daughter in advance of my daughter's wedding. The rooms and facilities were very nice. There were a few glitches with ground transportation arrangements for the event, but otherwise it was a solid experience working with them.

  Everything was perfect and professional. Facilities clean and amenable. Red Lion Pub was welcoming with an excellent drink selection and friendly barstaff. The entire hotel seemed to not only care about their jobs, but enthusiastically enjoy what they were doing with each other and with guests. I would recommend this place to anyone for a stay in the area.

  Nice clean rooms, very accommodating. I booked a double bed suite for a night. The room wasn't available so I was offered 2 king adjoining suites. And when I requested to stay an additional night I was able to keep both rooms while only paying for the 1.

  The room is huge with a nice bed. There's a built in office that I can work at quite comfortably. Unfortunately, despite my room being non-smoking, it smells of cigarettes. The windows are bolted shut so I can't get any fresh air in. I'm from England, so I may have different tastes, but to me the breakfast is barely edible.

  My favorite getaway spot Never crowded Awesome pool and hot tub Awesome food Awesome staff Rooms clean and spacious Desks in the rooms to do my work Separate livingroom with a flat screen and bedroom with one too so if I bring someone to my getaway night, they can relax without being bothered Vending machines and computers in the lobby Walking distance from a convenience store and restaurant All around perfect
