I stayed here for a week on business. The hotel staff was kind and curtious at the font desk. The lobby, breakfast, and hotel room were clean on a consistent basis. Unfortunately, other hotels have this one beat in terms of amenities. The lack of attention to detail makes for a so-so experience. The gym opens at 9.a.m. which makes working out in the morning before work impossible. I like the dispensers for soap/lotion/shampoo/body better than the bottles at other hotels, but the lower quality is evident for each here, almost to the point of wanting to head to the store and buy my own. The hotel has vending machines on multiple floors, however, they were out of water on 2 floors. I let the front desk know. This may be picky, but the showerhead had moderate calcium buildup causing water to spray uneven and weak. Overall, this is a good hotel. 3 out of 4 cons can be easily corrected. If they do this, it'd be a solid hotel.

Other than the issue of the front desk staff not familiar with Travel Cards and charging our card twice and having to make 3 phone calls to the desk on our vacation it was good! I really enjoyed the quality of the room, the location, and atmosphere of the views and pool area. Although I did have a different picture in my mind about the pool. I thought for being in AZ in Sedona of all places that it would of had something special about the pool that set it apart. I have always enjoyed staying with BW and most all are very suitable! Thank you

Very clean, great location, excellent breakfast. The owner has added many pluses to this property. Southwest design was masterfully done. Grab bar out of the tub/shower, pillows and bed were heavenly.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well maintained. However this hotel does not have a homey feel. There are lots of cost saving things done by the management that are aggravating. For example the coffee machine is locked up during non breakfast hours there is not a coffee maker in the room either. The rooms have shampoo and conditioner in little dispensers instead of little bottles. I gave up on using the dispenser and walked next door and bought a bottle of shampoo. The fitness center is not available till after 9 am I like to work out early. The pool is not open till 10 it gets hot before then and the kids had to wait in the room till then. But like I said the rooms are clean and well maintained just don't expect the amenities of nice hotel.

Nice, clean, quiet place with nicely decorated and spacious rooms/suites with many amenities available. Affordable rates but can be quite high during winter months.

The hotel was very nice with clean rooms, good breakfasts and a friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was neat-I wish I had brought my swim suit. The WiFi worked well. The only improvement I could suggest would be to have in-room charging stations for laptops, iPads, and Kindles. I found this to be very useful at another hotel.

Really great breakfast - fresh fruit, eggs, sausages as well as waffles and typical continental fare. Pool and spa were nice, room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!
