Clean decent place. Pretty quiet. Have stayed here quite a few times for the last five years. Never been disappoint.

Decent location, but was surprised to find the rooms are accessed via the exterior. Kind of have it a motel feel. Rooms are adequate and clean, nothing special. Hot breakfast each morning was nothing special, but adequate.

Older property which staff seems to work hard at keeping clean. There is only so much they can do without corporate investment, so the rooms are reasonable. Pet friendly too. Breakfast was wonderful. Love the addition of steel cut oatmeal.

If you're expecting Marriott style comfort. This is not it. This place is decent. It's older and they are trying to make the best of it. But for 62.00 bucks a night it's way better then a motel 6

This was a nice clean hotel. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. The staff here is friendly and helpfull and this is a nice area of town so no issues parking your car. There are restraunts near by within walking distance. I prefer doors on the inside of the building not out..but other than that all was great.

This hotel is very nice and comfortable. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The complementary breakfast was amazing and the pool was wonderful!

Hotel is fully staffed with great people up at the front desk. I had a cozy room and relaxed, plenty of places to order food from in the area. Rosatis Pizza is phenomenal, check my review. Great pizza, ribs and salads!
At this hotel the pool is huge (about 20x30) and up to 6' with hot tub. So enjoy yourself because the rates are super competitive when I was here.

Public areas are clean and modern. Breakfast buffet is very good, but seating is extremely limited. Auxiliary seating area was full of boxes and janitorial equipment, so unusable. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but very dated and in need of remodeling. Bathrooms are tiny. Can't get in the shower without kicking the toilet.

If you are looking for a "home base" during a visit to the Valley of the Sun, this is the spot to start. Clean, comfortable rooms and great pool/hot tub/ courtyard area make relaxing a breeze. Easy access to the LOOP helps get around and with Salt River Fields, Talking Stick complex and downtown Scottsdale just minutes away you should have a wonderful stay!

The place is good for short stay. The rooms are small but there are many good restaurants in walking distance. They have a pool and gym.
