room was great didn't like that there wasn't breakfast included with stay they were working on elevator so when I was coming down from 2nd floor there was no signage to tell us to use other elevator or stairs. bed was awesome

The location is GREAT - walking distance to many restaurants, movie theater, & bars. In house restaurant & pleasant rooms. Hope to revisit again!

I was extremely impressed by this hotel. Super clean, very comfortable room and bed. Lovely pool and hot tub that are accessible for those with disabilities. Housekeeping did a great job. The staff was super friendly and responsive. Craig is awesome!!! Felt like home!!!

It is difficult to do a full review because the hotel wasn't fully available. There were renovations occurring during our stay so we were given a continental breakfast which consisted of 2 types of bagels and some danishes. There was very little else to choose from. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on much less at a hotel. I woke several times during the night with various body parts tingling with numbness. Even a cheap memory foam topper would have changed my whole night's sleep. I will have to praise the staff, however. They were very nice and apologized for the construction that was occurring. Also, the room configuration was different than many places I have stayed. It was very warm and welcoming. Overall, I would think hard about staying there again. The main reason we stayed there was the location which was perfect for the occasion we were visiting for. But if I can't sleep right, then I find very little value in the stay. If you sleep better on firm mattresses, however, book now.

Very friendly and helpful staff!! A/C unit was noisy even in their newly renovated rooms. Outlets on one of the side nightstands didn't work at all. Tub was curved on the bottom, so was rather uncomfortable for taking showers. The hotel is undergoing renovation currently. Also, I'm not fond of the $8/day to park. Pool area was nice.

Rooms are great, location a little unpleasant. You have to get coins from the receptionist for parking which is annoying because they only want to give you a few. Free WiFi, computer access and a gym are definitely benefits.

This is a great place to stay if you're in Tempe. It's walking distance from a lot of fun bars and restaurants and my room and service were great. They have a bar and convenient market as well which makes traveling a breeze!

The rooms here are surprisingly in good condition. It's a strange location but very convenient. They can get sold out quickly though if there is an event nearby so make sure to be proactive and book ahead of time!

Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Tempe. The staff was very friendly and offered me a bottle of water as soon as I walked in. Rooms were updated and spacious, quiet at night. Walking distance to tons of food and bars that are open late. Will stay here again in a heart beat.

We selected this hotel because it was located close to an event that we had to attend in the area. From the time we checked in, our stay was quite pleasant. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, responsive to our needs, and just genuinely nice people.
The hotel was clean, especially in the public areas. The decor in the room could use some updating, but overall it was clean, and comfortable for our stay.

This hotel is amazing. The housekeeping was the best I have ever had. They paid attention to the small details. They organized my items neatly after cleaning. They ensured every detail was attended to. They even left a note saying thank you for being tidy. The staff was very nice and helpful. They helped with local food choices. The breakfast is a good portion for what you pay and tastes great. I recommend staying here.
