We had an exceptional stay, and would gladly recommend to others. Great customer service. We didn't have any complaints about our room. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Steve went above and beyond by setting a table for us and getting our drinks. That definitely stood out.

Took a little longer than what I would have liked to be checked in.
In my first room it was in the perfect location, but the sofa bed was broken so we had to move. The new room was nice but then the next morning the air conditioning vent started to smell like smoke. But that only lasted like 5 minutes, so no big deal. Also the bathrooms are crazy small. Breakfast was great though and the breakfast staff was very attentive. Most of my friends are picky eaters and they loved it.

This, not your 5-star hotel; It has a 5-star quality of service. When staying at any hotel you expect quality service. This is what you will get when you stay at the Best Western Plus, in Scottsdale, AZ. The service was there from the moment I checked in, to the moment I checked out. First and foremost, Steven. Keep in mind this hotel serves a complimentary breakfast. However, Steven provided service to each customer like we were paying him top dollar. A top-quality restaurant could benefit if they captured Steven. Then there were Ethan and Lana. These are your premier desk clerks. I arrived early, very early. I was made to feel comfortable. In the evening there was Ethan. These desk clerks are on the top of their game. Not to forget, the maintenance man. As I was leaving he too asked how was my stay and he said have a safe trip home. I cannot leave out the Starlite Lounge. This is a place within the hotel that serves drinks and food. The food was wonderful and bartenders outstanding. Wow, what a place. After my five days stay, as I was leaving the hotel, I became confused and sad. I was unsure if I was leaving a hotel or if I was leaving home.

I have got to say that this is the most comfortable hotel I have ever experienced in Az. Their breakfast is amazing, their employees and staff are also very courteous and helpful. The hotel room was clean, very spacious, comfortable, and feel as if you are right at home. Their beds are so comfortable; that is saying a lot for me because I suffer from chronic pain and permanent nerve damage, yet I slept like a baby in the bed. I love this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a nice hotel to relax in. A big thank you to the Best Western in Scottsdale for everything. You made it hard to leave because I was so comfortable. A job well done to you and your staff! :)

the hotel was okay and a good value for the location, but what was awesome was the service at breakfast! Steve and David were the best. Steve went above and beyond at every turn, we hardly had to move a muscle, never had such good service. He even waited on a dog that came in with the owner. As for David the cook.he was super friendly and makes the best salsa around! I give them 5 stars!

Great value. Great staff. Clean rooms. They have a FREE car ride service in which they will drive you to or pick you up from any location within a five mile radius. I used that a lot. No need to Uber or walk in the heat if going some place local.

Excellent hotel. The staff is very good. Clean rooms and I had a good nights sleep. Didn't even hear any airplane noise. I highly recommend this hotel. And you can't get a better breakfast anywhere.

Great hotel for the money. Wonderful service. The breakfast is amazing and if you get Steve to be in the breakfast room while you're eating you'll experience just what customer service is supposed to be - he's amazing. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great people work here, especially Steve. The guy is a superstar. The breakfast is excellent. The room sizes are great and clean. Only issue i had was the water never is cold out of the sink but probably has to do with the temp always being near 100.

Very comfortable suite with very comfortable beds. Pool and Jacuzzi are small but adequate and clean. Though the Jacuzzi was not working and had too much chlorine in it. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional! Very fresh and a huge assortment to select from. The grounds are well maintained and pleasant. The room was clean and only had a problem with one lamp outlet not working in the bedroom. Hotel is next to the airport, so we were concerned about noise, but we didn't need to be. We were on the ground floor at the back, and never heard a thing from the airport when indoors. Very pleasant, helpful staff also.

I was there for 4 nights for a medical conference and was extremely pleased with everything during my stay. I had considered some of the very much higher priced accommodations in the area and I am very glad I stayed at the Best Western. More than surpassed my expectations. The courtesy van driver and the gentleman who manned the breakfast area went out of their way to assist me. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Rooms were nice and clean - nothing all that special. Bathroom Is very small, but it gets the job done. Fitness room just has a machine and a treadmill, so nothing fancy. Overall not a bad place to stay. Pool was nice and free breakfast provided.

Fabulous hotel. Excellent location. Outstanding staff. Nice pool area.
Would definitely stay here again. Best surprise is you hardly notice the airport noise. A definite 10/10!!!

I have enjoyed staying here multiple times. The hospitality is awesome. Nice rooms, Great food, a Great Bar with a Awesome Bartender Lori. A great Staff all around.. To mention a few Lori, Sal, Allyn, Mark, Nick, David, they take care of all your needs and are great. They make your stay very pleasurable.
I have made this my home away from home, and highly recommend staying here.

I love staying at this Best Western. It's a real "suite" -- in that there are beds (one is a pull out) in two separate rooms, so my buddy could pay for one room and sleep in separate bedrooms. Refrigerator and microwave are very convenient. It's not near downtown which makes it more reasonable -- but there is a high-end shopping center about 3 blocks away with restaurants, bars, and night scene. Breakfast there is very good. Staff is friendly, helpful, and personaable.
