Just got here. Sharing a room so i got the pull out bed. Big black hair on the sheets when i unfolded them. I complained so for a new room, right below original room. I get the pull out bed again. Pull out the bed and there's a hard gummy bear stuck to the mattress. Absolutely gross. It says i have to pick a star but i cant post with no stars otherwise i would.

Every time I'm in town I stay at this hotel. They are always very nice there. They work hard to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

Very nice hotel in a very nice area. Excellent room with decent Wi-Fi. One of the best complementary breakfast buffets I've seen. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very convenient walking location. If you'd rather drive around it just expands your options for shopping and eating.
The place has two buildings separate from the main building so of you don't like walking outside to get to your room everyday this place isn't for you.
The room itself is great. It's the largest Residence Inn room I've been in and I've been in several! It has a fireplace also which gives it a nice ambiance. Since it's set back from a busy street, you hear no noise. The windows open all the way up.
The is a pool, hot tub, fire pit and basketball.response / report this review -

Love this place, nice and calm. Can get a little busier on weekends but never packed. If you value your sleep on weekends my only gripe is that there is a basketball court in the middle courtyard. Get a room that doesn't face into the courtyard. There is always some kid that gets up at the crack of dawn and bounces the ball endlessly. Breakfast is a little buffet style. Normally some type of eggs, sausage or bacon. Lots of cereal, toast, some sweet foods. All in all I love this place.

I use this Courtyard frequently for my business and my clients. As a road warrior myself, sometimes all look the same, not this property. The staff is incredible.
A smiling team of awaits you at the door led by Jen and Des. As awesome as they are you won't go wrong if Ciera,Kristy, Taylor, Kathryn,Eric or Dwayne are there instead.
When food and drink are in my head its Samantha, Melanie and Rebecca buttering my bread.
Sam and Brian jump in to,
at this place they make it easy for easy for you.
Leadership sets the tone
So ask for Ann, Liz, Marina,Jessica and Janessa on the phone.

My stay at residence inn was very nice. The service and breakfast was very nice. The room had a nice kitchen, complete with fireplace. Beds were comfortable and it was an overall good experience.

Room was very clean, comfortable, and well laid out with good spaces for working and relaxing. Kitchenette is basic but functional. They provided some essential utensils and tools, and I've been able to make myself some very nice meals. There's a Trader Joe's about half a mile away, which was perfect for me. Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was good quality and variety, and daily cleaning was thorough. I would be extremely happy to stay here again on my next business trip.
