Stayed here close to Christmas time and the park is adorable with all the themed Christmas decor. Each street had a specific theme. It was so cheerful in the evening. We did not play golf, just stayed in our rv. The staff was great, the long term residents very friendly, there is a couple of pools and hot tubs which we used in the evenings so most if the time we were the only ones. The rv spots were not super easy to get into but we made it after a couple of trys and there was a staff member helping us. Our spot had a beautiful grapefruit tree that we had fresh sweet grapefruit from most mornings. Close to the superstition mountains for an easy hiking destination. Love this place and will be back.

Beware, on a recent visit with friends to this resort I was constantly warned to be on the lookout for coyotes which have taken several dogs. They are apparently quite used to being around humans and not scared, even out during the day. Be on the lookout f you are traveling with pets or possibly even small children. Most dog owners I talked to said the resort refuses to do anything about them.

Great community for 55+ Adults. They do make some exceptions on age, since they have over the minimum amount of 55+ members in the park so if you're traveling through and part of the Thousand Trails/Encore network, this is actually a great place to stay. You feel super safe, and they have several pools and tons of other activities to do, depending on how long you'll be around -- such as metal works, wood working, etc., or even schedule a hair cut, nails, or massage while you're at it. They have it all at this resort. What's really nice is that you'll see a ton of people in the morning and evening walking (when the sun isn't directly overhead) and there is a great feeling of community at the resort.

Very nice , and clean escort you to your site , alot of amenities, furry friends play zone 2nd time here will come back again
