Hotel was very clean and well furnished. For the one time facilities fee, you can leave your car at the hotel until 11:59 p.m. on the day you check out. Front desk was very helpful & accommodating but watch your charges. My reservation included 2 free breakfasts and when we went to restaurant, to get the ticket to give to the server, the woman insisted I sign for a room charge. When I explained that we had 2 free breakfasts included, she assured me that the charge would not appear on my bill. When I checked my credit card charges, I was charged for 2 breakfasts. We will see if they make good on the correction or whether I will have to dispute the entire charge to get their attention.

The staff there are wonderful group of people. They help with all your needs. Their breakfast buffet was delicious. And in room order service surprised me at how fast and delicious. Would I recommend RED LION " YES!!

Stayed here a week for work. I stayed in the newer building and had good clean rooms in good repair. My coworkers noted poorer repair standards in their rooms in the older tower. Restaurant was good, good food and about average beer selection. Staff was friendly, only wish it was open later (especially on the weekends).

Had a 3-night stay while going to Disneyland. The hotel is only a big block away, and is located on the same street as dozens of restaurants, so very convenient. The room was clean and recently remodeled with a very modern style. We also had added a night to our original stay and the front desk had no trouble keeping us in the same room. Overall, a great experience.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely stay. Breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. We had dinner one night at the hotels restaurants and the food was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic. We walked to Disneyland each day and it was only about a 10min walk. Staff were friendly.. would recommend or stay here again!!

Convenient location if visiting Disneyland. The rooms were clean. Bar staff was great! Friendly and very accommodating. Pool area was nice but towels were so small they barely fit my 5 year olds let alone an adult. My biggest issue was with the front desk staff. They acted like they would rather be anywhere but there. I found them to be very rude when asking for tips about the area.

Not the greatest. I needed to get a hold of the front desk from our room, no one answered three times. Bartender got my order, which he related he would bring out to me, wait 15 min. That did not happen, wife cancelled our drinks. The guy never started our drinks (not a busy time). The lady clerk at the register for breakfast was not very friendly. Always had a smug look on her face. Room was dusty but the daily room service was good. My 2 stars was overall customer service. Don't take the tram to Disney, uber is better.

I was in the second building rooms are comfortable, accurately described/priced. Cleaning staff was lovely as was front desk. Nice little pool connected to the restaurant through an order window. Would recommend

Stayed here one night. Close to Disneyland. Staff not very pleasant at check in. Lobby seems outdated. We didn't get a room inside the building where check is, they gave us a room in another building, it smelled and was very hot in hall ways. Walking into our room at first glance seem cleaned but further inspection we noticed walls inside room were stained bathroom could be cleaner and lighting inside room was way to dim. My biggest upset were the awful paper thin walls! You can here everyone in the other rooms! Very nasty I do not wish to here what they are doing. We will not be staying here again. I guess you get what you pay for.

I definitely enjoyed my stay here. My rooms were nicely cleaned when I got back to the hotel after a long fun day. Disneyland is 15 minutes walking distance and we are VERY close to various restaurants. The view was great. Every morning I would awake and open the curtains to see the beautiful flowers, trees and happy people with their children pass by. I would give it 5 stars but I found a few things that I did not like. The top of the refrigerator was EXTREMELY dirty and I found 3 small spiders on different days in the bathroom. Pest control needs to pay this hotel another visit. Overall, my time spent here was fantastic. I actually extended my stay for an additional day and the staff was very friendly. Justin at the front desk was amazing! I plan to come back here in December. Hopefully the spiders are gone. :)
PS: There were no hidden fees! First hotel that doesn't surprise me with them!response / report this review -

It's clean and comfortable. It's small and perfect for little families or traveling professionals. Customer service at the desk was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy. I was overall happy with my experience.

We've stayed here before. It's close enough to walk to the Disney Parks. It is a good walk. The room was comfortable. They offer breakfast in morning. Best if you get it as part of your reservation. There are a few fees for different things. Was a bit of a wait to check in.
It's a nice hotel, but some small cosmetic repairs are needed.response / report this review -

Location is reasonably close, within walking distance, to Disney parks. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There are a few eateries and chain pharmacies close by also. Overall a nice experience.
