Nice heated pool and super hot Jacuzzi. Pretty good free breakfast. Friendly staff.

I have stayed here for years and never once had something to complain about. Every room my family has been given was clean and spacious. The breakfast is great with options such as eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, juice, toast and English muffins. Close to gas stations and fast food options. The staff has always been kind to us and helpful. BEST HOTEL COFFEE EVER

We just stayed 1 night on our way to Orlando, FL. I really liked the country- like atmosphere. The fireplace gave a cozier feeling, carpet felt like walking on a cushion, quiet surroundings, and I kept admiring how nice the banister railing looked in the lobby. The rooms were really nice. It's not the first time I've stayed at an Americinn. Wouldn't be the last time. Wonderful experience!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel! I had two rooms that were held on my card, when we checked out we payed for our rooms with cash. After we left my card was charged 3 times. One of the charges was a complete different total than the rooms were. I came back to the hotel to get refunded and no one who was working could help me. I had someone call the manager to come and refund my money and the manager said she would be here in 30 min. It took her over an hour and 1/2 to get here. Once the manager was at the hotel I stood at the front desk for 10 min before she even talked to me. Once she got all my money returned she proceeded to tell me I maybe shouldn’t have used my card here if I didn’t have enough money for the weekend. Terrible & rude service.

This hotel is clean and the people are very friendly. The room has a refrigerator and microwave, and some of them even have a sink. The breakfast is pretty good, but I've had better. There are several food places within walking distance including Casey's, McDonald's and Subway, along with some other convenience stores inside gas stations. All in all everything is good, the only thing I don't like is the shower head. The shower head is just a trickle of water and is not very soothing.

They failed to successfully book our airport shuttle. We almost missed our flight for vacation, and they are not willing to make it right despite them admitting it was their error. I won't be staying here again.

Great value! Affordable yet clean, quiet and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in. Nice lounge area in lobby. Nice pool and hot tub that are open until 10 for the kids and midnight for adults. You definitely get your money's worth!

I am an incredibly frustrated bride. I had called and talked to AmericInn 4 times between last November and June (right before the wedding). I called to set everything up, make sure the rooms were good to go, and then I called the Tuesday before my wedding to ensure that everything still looked good and that our complementary room was still available. The night of our wedding, my husband and I got to the hotel at 2:30am and were very poorly greeted by the front desk lady. She went on to inform us, that no, we didn't have a complementary room and that our guests were paying $15-20 above the rate we were promised. We asked if there was anything she could do to help us, and we got a no. She did not have a care in the world that the accommodations that we were promised were not available. This was the reason I talked to the hotel 4 times through the 6 month span and 4 days before the wedding to avoid this. We ended up not staying at the hotel that night. The customer service from AmericInn's end stood out to me as the absolute worst part customer service that I have ever received at a hotel, and that will stick with me. I have called twice after the wedding and talked with 2 different managers. I have not received any information back regarding why this happened.

We were very happy with our room! From the start the staff was very nice. Room was clean and had a nice view. The only issues were very minor inconveniences. The fridge in our room had a high pitch squeal whenever it kicked on and the fan in the bathroom did not work. Again, minor inconveniences. Although the room was very nice it felt a little pricey. Overall very happy!!!

Room was great - fireplace and hot tub, everything was clean. Wish we could rotate the tv towards the hot tub. Had a hard time finding the ice machine. Nice quiet room, good service, breakfast was decent. Overall very happy and would come back!

My sister & I stayed one night before an early morning flight. Transportation to the airport was on time. The room appeared clean & neat but the next day I woke up with what appeared to be bedbug bites. I reported it to the hotel who seemed to be concerned, but became lax in doing anything-said pest control could not come in for 5 days. Just a warning - stay away from room 115.

Americinn was very clean and staff was helpful. The pool was not freezing and the hot tub is huge. The only issue was I could hear every noise and when the neighbors ran the water for their whirlpool tub it was very loud in our room.

Pretty good place. Our room was fabulous, and the pool is great. No real issues. Had a wonderful time here for a wedding.
