Super clean even in the conference area. And the bathrooms are so clean too!

Room was clean and smelled fresh, not stale smelling. The staff and management has been great to deal with and have been very sensitive, to my current travel issue for my job down the street at the distribution center, and have been very accommodating to my hours that I work and when I would like to check in and check out. Was glad to see a frig and microwave in my room cuz this will help me in saving money by bringing my own food and beverages in. They could use some new pillows and mattresses, a little on the lumpy side. Otherwise great facility.

Staff was awesome, very friendly, and accommodated an early breakfast as we had to be out the door by 5:45am. Roo. Was comfortable.

They don't place people every other room so we had a bunch of screaming kids right next door to us. That's always nice to have after a funeral. Breakfast was the same everyday and whatever wasn't eaten yesterday was left for the next (eggs, sausage, etc.) day which is disgusting. The only thing I liked about it was the clean showers and the mattress. The pillows were aweful so bring your own.

Room is always clean, wifi is always terrible. Sometimes best to hop on the gas station down the roads wifi from the hotel room honestly. Overall, great place to stay in Maquoketa Iowa though!

Clean room, w whirlpool, clean hotel, front desk person was slow to come to desk though, but was 8 or 9pm I'm sure she was doing other duties

Do not rent rooms from here. I called twice in advance and spoke with the front desk to tell them I wasn't going to be needing my rooms and they still billed me. I called to get a refund on the charges and the manager said she was uncomfortable refunding me. Their policy states that you have 24 hours. I even had screen shots of calls I had made to the hotel. I will be sure to let everyone in my network of friends know about this poor customer service.

We stay here every year and have never had a bad experience! The staff is always very helpful and the hotel is always clean. We will be back!

Well, first of all, I got a call at 3pm the day of check in and the lady said this: "May we have your credit card to pay for the room to guarantee your stay?" Sure. Then we get there and the lady needs my credit card to run again. Makes NO sense. When I reserved it online. Then, we go in, our room smelled horrid, like the room used to be a smoking room. The Jacuzzi was broke, which the main reason we booked that hotel was for the pool and Jacuzzi. Then no kids after 10pm apparently doesn't apply. A family with 3 kids took up the entire pool playing games, and my daughter couldn't swim. Then, the beds and pillows are HORRID!!! All of us woke up in pain,with headaches. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay, EVER!! I definitely think we should get a refund. So disappointing.

Great hotel. Loved that they had a kiddie pool for my young kids. I do wish the bar downstairs was actually open though and not only used for spill over from events in their party room. But still, a great hotel stay!

We were on the 3rd floor with our two young children. We couldn't hear anyone else in the hotel. Only thing was ice was only on the first floor.

The stay was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was decent. Apparently the hot tub had been for years since I read that in other reviews and it still was. Beds were not the greatest but served their purpose
