The room was very nice and clean even if there were a couple things leftover from the previous tenant.

The unit director gave us a recommendation for dinner which turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip.

Holiday Inn brand hotels usually hold to a pretty high cleanliness standard, which is why I typically go for them. I'm sure this hotel is no different, but there was a very long hair on one of the towels, and the heater was broken. Otherwise very friendly staff, I will stay there again.

Great beds and shower. Left coat in room and they are fed exing back. Walls are thin. They noise of people running around the room above us and people next to us talking loud at 3 in the morning. Location was ok to where we needed to be.

The place is clean and nicely kept. However the tv was old and had horrible reception with no hook ups for a streaming device like most hotels now. The WiFi speed was sad as well. If you aren’t going to need to work and just need a clean bed it’s fine but if you expect to watch anything of your own or do anything on the internet think again.

Always a pleasant stay at any IHG Hotel. The suites as always are nice, beds are always comfy. Mini fridge and microwave included in the suites. Being a Spire Elite member has its perks. Staff is friendly and don't forget to try the free breakfast wvery morning.

A nice hotel in a convenient location for my work. There was a slight mix-up with my room rate at the staff was very helpful in correcting it. The rooms were clean and comfy and I will stay there again.

This place is such an amazing value. We booked the hot tub suite for our wedding night and then again for our 2 year anniversary. Very friendly helpful staff, clean facility and quality rooms at a good price.

Its okay starting to show its age time for refresh possibly. Front desk staff friendly when checked in at 10pm. Great rate for a friday.

Great hotel I will definitely stay again. Generally a nice room and breakfast was fine. I had a customer service issue and a problem with the iron in the room. I went down to the front desk with my concern and the customer service Sunday morning was OUTSTANDING! Totally impressed with the concern and quick solution. Great service!

Nice staff very clean with comfy beds. Breaksfast wss really good, eggs, sausage, omlet available. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the elevator was broken.

Our plans changed about 5 days before the stay. We cancelled our reservations, received a confirmation number assuring us of our cancellation, then was double charged for a stay that never happened. We have tried for literally a month and a half to get the money back, and either the manager is somehow never available and will call us back (which has not yet happened), or they don't know what exactly to do. Since in all the contracts they have only require a 24 hour notice of cancellation, and we gave them 5 days, one would think this would be an easy fix. Apparently stealing over 600 dollars from someone is not something they actually consider worth their time. I am going to try and make sure that everyone I know hears about it and avoids this place, they will steal your money, then act like you don't matter.

Typical of the Holiday Inn Express family. Clean, in good shape with comfortable beds and free breakfast. And who doesn't love those cinnamon rolls? The area is fine with a blend of restaurants and gas stations.

Great hotel. Very comfortable and always clean. The staff is always friendly and the happy hour in the lobby each night is wonderful. If you need a place to say in the area, this is it.
