Very good hotel, location is superb, room and bathroom are both vast and amazing.

Great place to stay, very friendly staff and the rooms are well kept and clean. It’s is within walking distance to all sight seeing locations and shopping centers.

This place has hidden charges they charged us $120 extra for infant. Rooms are drily they dont change sheets unless you asked them to do so with the extra charges we could have stayed in much better hotel for the price. Hotel manager Tariq is pretty much a thief. I recommend stay away from this hotel if you want your vecation to be enjoy full. Stay in branded hotels like hilton or hayat they cost same after hidden charges

Great hotel however even though it says in its book that guests can have visitors as long as they register with security this is not so. A friend came to visit at midday and was refused to be allowed to visit. When I confronted the manager I was more or else told in a very arrogant and dictatorial manner that he makes the rules. This is obviously contravening what the hotel says. Would definitely not stay here again until they stick to their written rules and send the manager to be retrained in how to deal with guests.

3rd class hotel. They are cheats, be careful. They have hidden charges, they will give you low grade room unless you fight for it. Room service is very poor. I was told by an outgoing customer at reception but I didn't believe and 8 paid for it

Every thing is great in the hotel except the staff are very rude & impolite. Even the general manager is super rude. I couldn’t stand this rude behavior from the staff so i left the place after staying in it for two days. My trip was 7 days long.

Rooms are large, new, modern and clean. Food is satisfactory.
Location is very good for sightseeing around the old town of the city.

Centrally located and walkable distance from all the main tourist spots in Sultanahmet. 2 mins walk from the metro station. Very well maintained and helpful staff.

A very great experience. We are a family of 5, we loved the hotel facilities. The family connect room is perfect. The staff is very helpful. The location is convenient; a walking distance from the Bazaar, Sultan Ahmet Etc.
The only thing to keep in mind is that not all taxies know how to get to the hotel. However we never got lost, the area is quite common.

Very nice small hotel close to Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc. The suite of rooms we had did not have a view, but the design, comfort, amenities -location in total made it ideal for exploring the major sites.
