I really loved this hotel. The location is great, the staff is really helpful and the rooms are clean and cosy. Do recommend it.

As a travel industry manager I travel alot and stay in a wide range of accommodations. I honestly wouldnt hesitate in returning here, infact I'd love to!! Every member of staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was small but delicious and different each day. Location is amazing, 5 to 10 mins walk to all the main attractions. Can't wait to return.

My stay here was fabulous. The price was very reasonable, the staff were most gracious, and the hotel had everything I could want, including a delicious breakfast buffet and a ton of complimentary amenities. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Most convenient location in the Old City: located on a quiet street yet great access to metro and train. Staffs are truly amazing at their hospitality. Rooms are a bit cozy but the hospitality you receive makes up for it. Stayed with a family of 3 kids and all enjoyed the stay!

This is a very comfortable hotel located close to good restaurants and several 'old city' attractions. Our room overlooked the Topkapi Gardens, and was close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It was an easy walk to the ferry service on the Bosporus.

Mit einem Wort, perfekt. Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, inmitten der Altstadt Sultanahmet. Ein Hotel so richtig zum Relaixen. Auch Sicherheit wird generell in Istanbul groß geschrieben. Vom Flughafen bis in die Stadt sieht man verstärkt Polizei und Militär. Jetzt ist die beste Zeit für einen Städtetrip nach Istanbul, msn kann sich in Ruhe alle Sehenswürdigkeiten ansehen. Auch der Wechselkurs ist zur Zeit perfekt.

Perfect service. They treat you like a family member. Rooms are sparklingly clean. Rooms are much better than they look in pictures. We've found double rooms surprisingly large! The location is perfect , close to must of istanbul historic manuments. You must try this hotel.

Excellent location, walking distance to all the major touristy places. Tram station is less than 100m away. Our room was upgraded because we were on our honeymoon! Front desk extremely helpful! From helping us plan our day to shopping advice to booking our bosphorus cruise! Made our stay very enjoyable.

It is sad and painful to visit Istanbul, as I did last week for the second time. Many restaurants opened a year ago are closed, and even the cafes and gift shops at the major sites are closed. Likewise, this hotel was essentially empty--at breakfast, only a few Turks were present. As with my stay here a year ago, Sirkeci Mansion is truly a warm and inviting place--my room was perfect, the breakfast was superb, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and Archeological museum, and although some restaurants are closed, there are several excellent ones only a few minutes from the hotel. Yes, there are always concerns about terrorism, but you shouldn't let them sway you from seeing some of the greatest monuments ever erected by mankind--the Hagia Sophia alone is worth the visit. As on my prior visit, I whizzed through immigration at the airport (just get a visa on-line!), and the hotel driver was there to meet me (the security at Ataturk is much more comprehensive than that at JFK!). The worst that will happen to you is that you'll be politely importuned by carpet dealers--don't be rude, but just tell them you are not interested. I hope to return and to stay at this wonderful hotel. Please give it and Istanbul a chance!

Amazing hotel and the most friendly and hospitable staff you'll ever meet. The hotel is located in a very central location and is only a ten minute walk to the Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmet Camii) and Hagia Sophia (Ayasofya). We stayed in the Deluxe room with a balcony view of Gulhane Park which was also very nice and peaceful. Our 18 month old girl also loved it. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will surely be visiting again in the future!

Wonderful hotel with beautiful views across Gulhane Park. Staff are very accommodating meeting every request happily. The hotel is in a very good location, with tram links on the doorstep and many historical sites within walking distance. Would highly recommend the hotel.
