I like this hotel because of the location. it is near and close from everything around. Osman Bay metro station is just next to the hotel. Room size is large. breakfast is good. The hotel is a bit out dated, stuff not that friendly. but in most of my Istanbul visits, i choose to stay at this hotel.

hotel is very well located . breakfast was nice and suitable . there were just two negative things to talk about : poor internet connection & lack of staff in reception to answer costumer needs which made any individual to stay for minutes in front of them !!

It was really strange
They are making noise like hell , I was not able to sleep.
Thier net was not working properly.

It was very bad from the first moment. Check-in suppose to be 2pm, we arrived 3pm and we had to wait till 4pm to take our room
Room and bathrom are dirty, we found few things on floor and it stayed there for a week even with thier cleaning service!
Beds are not comfy and sheets are old and dirty
AC not cooling at all
Room service skiped cleaning our room one day, complaining that door doesn't open. Despite the fact we called them to clean it before we go out and turning the "clean my room" light on
Customr service is the worst, like if they never took a training or use to deal with customers
For me, it was my worst experince ever in any hotel around the world. I'm wondering how they are considered a 5 stars hotel. They should be 3 or 4 at maxresponse / report this review -

It’s an old hotel, rooms are too small with bad arrangement and the hosekeeping not cleaning the rooms and wash rooms probably.
Belows and sheet are not comfortable. Although the location is good

i am a very frequent business visitor to the ramada plaza sisli city hotel. i always find the staff friendly and welcoming and happy to make my stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and comfortable , the hotel location is opposite of the metro ,the breakfast buffet in the lounge is a great way to start the day , thank you

Only stayed the one night, but couldnt fault it, staff very helpful, we wasnt getting picked up till 23.00, checked out in the morning, they stored our cases, use of safety box while we explored Istanbul, Metro station outside the front door,

Had a great time at Ramada Plaza. The breakfast is excellent and it's much much spacious than any 'Boutique' Hotels in Istanbul. The Metro ride is 5 min walk. Recommended!

I have not stayed in the hotel, but I have been in the Pancaldi Restaurant and had drinks in the lobby with my husband several times. The service is good and the staff is friendly. There is a tea-time between 3:30 and 6:00 pm with live piano performance in most week-days. If you are nearby you can have a great afternoon there.

Stayed here for 4 nights in 2015. An average hotel. A little way up from Taksim Square and the walking streets but easy quick access via public transportation. Nice rooms, really nice bathroom that was spacious, and good bed. Staff was great.

It is a very fancy hotel where you can enjoy your stay and it is very close to everything you might need and whatever may come to your mind. I enjoyed my stay with my family during New year's vacation. I would recommend this to who ever wants comfort. Luxury and kind and professional people to take care for your rest.
