Is not as expected 1) no coffee in the room 2) no iron and ironboard in the room 3) breakfast no much choice limited and mostly same every day 4) not giving drinking water as complimentary like some the Hotels give 5) Towels are little old

The hotel is near Taksim Square, it's about 1 min walk so no need to take a taxi. The receptionists were very friendly, they guided us to New Year Events and booked us one. The room were clean; however, the towels were old so make sure to bring your own towels. No tissue in the room, bring yours. There was another thing, one of the cupboards has a window overlooking the shower, while you are taking a shower anyone who opens the cupboard can see you :D the room we booked was a family room not for couples so it's not like a romantic thing.The water is very cold in Turkey to clean yourself after the toilet, which was a big issue to me in the whole trip not only in this hotel. If you care about how far your hotel will be from Taksim Square, this is one of the good hotels. if you are looking for a luxury, you better look for other hotel.

The entrance was so luxurious, great and clean but when u reach ur room, it's totally different story. Really old and not that clean as what it should be

The room was okay. Not small. I order for double room. But no kettle , no tea,sugar,coffe, all this stuff must pay. But you must extra effort to reach this hotel. Not far from mainstreet just 25meters. But it has steeply descending streets. No problem if you not bring your luggage.

Amazing hotel for the value of money we paid, location is on point a few steps away from taksim square and the bus stop. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast buffet.
