Beautiful hotel!
We stayed in a lovely room on the 15th floor with a panoramic sea view. The room had a lovely bed which was enormous, clean and soft. There was a mini bar in the room along with a kettle and tea and coffee provided. The bathroom was lovely with well lit mirrors and although we had a problem with the shower flooding it was sorted promptly.
Staff here were so helpful and were happy to assist in any way they could. Housekeeping services were wonderful and the lady for the 15th floor was so friendly and polite, always smiling and chatting.
Room service was great, lovely food as well as the breakfast and restraunt facilities being brilliant. There was a great selection of breakfast food and the restraunt had garden views.
The hotel was a few minutes walk from the mall with a handy supermarket nearby for drinks and snacks. The hotel had its own taxi rank outside and a shuttle service to take you into the heart of Istanbul.
We had such a wonderful stay here and would love to return in the future.response / report this review -

A quiet, modern and clean hotel as expected of Sheraton group. The rooms facing the sea has an awesome view of the oceanboth sunset and sunrise can be seen in their full glory. The restaurant in Basement 1 serves a good buffet spread for breakfast. Otherwise, the lounge on the top floor has a mini-spead too, with the same fantastic view. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Nice hotel and friendly staff and manager. Very common for weddings and other celebrations. Good ball rooms. Breakfast is various fresh dairy, produce and baking.

That's actually the gorgeous place to stay!!! Rooms are very comfortable and clean! The stuff is amazing! Oh yeah and very tasteful Turkish breakfast) with wide choice of Turkish delight))) just enjoyed my staying)

The room was very nice and large. Toilet had a shower and a tub. The showers drainage could be improved, insufficient gradient causes the water to flow out of the shower area. Limited bathroom amenities provided, basic, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and moisturiser. Hotel located just beside the marina and shopping mall. Decent sized supermarket in the mall and food options available.

Thumbs up to all the staff! Helpful & friendly, walking distance to Galleria which is the nearest mall. Room were well kept, good housekeeping.

This property was fantastic. I was greeted by a friendly staff for check-in. The room itself was very modern and clean. Perhaps one of the best experiences at a Sheraton for me. The location by the marina was conveniently located and was not too far from the airport as well. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Waited too much to receive the room..and when complained . Stuff was trying hard to prove that I am wrong.
We were expecting some slippers in the rooms but found nothing, when request room service they said it was ordered but not delivered to hotel by supplier.😊
Vanity kit were not in bathroom and when requested we received shampoo and cotton pads only and not he complete vanity kit. There no tissues box at the rooms.
Due to some construction around the hotel it was a bit noisy.
Other than that the rooms were nice and specialy the long couch. Also, we got connected none smoking rooms as requested. We ordered food to room and it was good.
In short, We not expecting that from a 5 star hotel and specially from a Sheraton hotel.
We used spg group hotels in the UAE and it was an excellent experience.

8km from the airport, great facilities and food. Comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. Fluffy towels. Great friendly, helpful staff and tour desk. I really like it and hope to visit again. There is a floor of bedooms where smoking is allowed. Beautiful sea views. Very comfortable, I don't want to leave.

Nice view, accessible from all Istanbul, yatch club , beaches, very good shopping malls and food centres are nearby. Not crowded like taksim, but blue masjid and taksim are only 9 KM far on straight road. The hotel has free pick and drop to taksim and blue masjid, however I suggest to rent a car if you are planing to stay for long to explore Istanbul and its surroundings .
