Super Boutique hotel, received upgrade to a suite which was very nice. Friendly and attentive staff. Extensive and varied breakfast. Could not have asked for more :)

Room was clean and cosy, the bed that provided for under 2 years baby was very satidying our bed too, the location of the hotel is the best advantage of the hotel; """"the only problem"""" was the swimming pool it was dark and the water was cold and I felt it was not very clean in there.

I stayed in this hotel for five nights last year in July. I still remeber my room number 410 It was standard room but very spacious and comfortable. It was my first visit to Istanbul and I really enjoyed my time there. Service and Staff was so good to help, specially I was greeted very well by a foreigner staff at Front desk. I forget his name. but he was so kind to help me for my transportation , food and carrying luggage . I still remeber that young and charming face . I am surely recommended this hotel. I am planning my next visit in March to have my precious time there @Twinamasiko

Great price performance ratio. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable and well maintained rooms. A biiig compliment to restaurant staff and the chef - the first were very attentive and friendly (everyone speaks perfect english) the latter did a terrific meal. the carpacchio was very good and the koefte absolutely great. Also here price performance ratio excellent. will love to come back.

4-star hotel with convenient location. Make sure the room you are being accommodated to, matches your smoking preferences. In my case, during check in, was not asked about smoking preferences, and was given smoking room, in which it smelled heavily. Ceiling height in the hotel is relatively low, which makes rooms a bit depressing. Not the best option to stay in Istanbul.

I have no idea about the hotel but the SPA which is named "Levent Moon Spa" is the most disgusting place I've ever been to in the past year. Towels are ripped, they smell, bathrooms and changing rooms are dirty and poorly maintained, the massage was horrible and a 50 minutes massage was rushed into 40 minutes. Definitely not recommended. What a waste of money.

I said in here a few years ago, this place was absolutely nice. The beds were comfortable the room nicely kept and the view from my room wasn't bad. The people downstairs were also pretty nice. Sorry I can't be more in-depth but I did know I liked this hotel!

“Great hotel for business trips”
I usually stay at this hotel when going to business trips to Istanbul. Even if our head office moved out of the hotel area I tend to stay there. They have very tasty food served to the room at a price of going to McDonalds in the nearest shopping mall. The room locking system is nice and pleasant to use. The prices are more attractive then at other hotels around. I think it is very good choice for business trips and solo. For families and couples (looking for touristic attractions) the hotel is not very well located against all that places to be visited in Istanbul.response / report this review
