Rooms are a bit small but apparently that's to be expected in this area of Istanbul. Rooms are clean. Walls are thin so a lot of noise. If u appreciate silence then probably not a good idea for u. Situated in a safe area. U can feel free to walk the streets at any time of the day or night. Tram is so easily accessible from here. Free WiFi is a plus. Only Turkish channels on TV. Breakfast is served from 7am till 10am. Breakfast is lovely. U can expect eggs, different breads, a variety of cheeses, olives, tahini, honey, preserves, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juices. Also some cereals and milk. I'll add on to this review in a few days.

The worst hotel I ever have been to unfortunately. The sheets are dirty and old, the safe boxes are looked and they can't do anything about it and there is a problem with the card power cutter causes the electricity in the room to not work sometimes or to cut suddenly. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. The noise from the street, tram and other neighbors rooms won't let you sleep. The staff aren't very cooperative especially when you pay in advance. I was tricked by the high ratings of this place, which I discovered from the pictures to be meant to the other branches of the company. We were a group and booked three rooms in different three levels and these problems exist in all three rooms except the electric problem that exists in two rooms.

The staff was very attentive and friendly! At check-in we were free improved to a larger room. They did a thorough cleaning in the room every day. The breakfasts were amazing.The food is delicious.Be sure to dine on the hotel terrace.The hotel is located very well.All major attractions are located just a short walk away. There are tram and metro near the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not have time to visit the hamam at the hotel.But looking on the level of other services, I think it's great.

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights very polite staff special thankyou to suleyman for all his help and great hospitality. Clean rooms great breakfast. Recommended to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul.

This hotel is perfect for someone on a budget. My wife and I stayed here during our recent visit to Istanbul and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The hotel is very centrally situated, walking distance from major attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar. For further attractions, the closest tramway station is a mere 50 meters walk.
Staff are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, we would just recommend that you go earlier in the morning rather than later as our experience was that certain of the items on the table are not refilled/replaced when replenished.
All and all, a great stay though, especially from a location point of view.response / report this review -

It's mostly for turkish clientele. Lodging is ok.breakfast not good enough.omce croissants or desired bread ends it's not replenished.the tours they sell are very over priced.they charge u for fort on boat tour and take u instead to maiden tower

Great place in old Istanbul to stay. Excellent service by Romeo ferdi and sulaiman 10 stars. The Hotel is located on a very convenient location to tourist sites Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace (Museum) and Hagia Sophia. The Hotel is walking distance from the Spice Bazaar. Hotel had excellent food selection for breakfast. We had excellent time at Hotel. Excellent Wifi.

I went first time instubul and we stayed in the this hotel. An excellent location and a very comfortable rooms. We warm welcomed by all the staff members. All of them really very humble and caring. I would like to thanks all the staff members especially to the chef for served me a delicious omelet in the breakfast and sulaiman and Abdul aziz who really good take care of us. God bless you all.

Great place in old Istanbul to stay. Excellent service by Manager CENGIZ and Romeo Fardi( 10 Stars). The Hotel is located on a very convenient location to tourist sites Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace (Museum) and Hagia Sophia. The Hotel is walking distance from the Spice Bazaar. Hotel had excellent food selection for breakfast. We ( me, My wife and two kids) had excellent time at Hotel. Excellent Wifi.
