I love the hotel, they are very friendly, the place of hotel is awesome, quite and close to what you want in Taksim, the only bad point about it is that there is no really a good view out of windows, but the most important things is perfect there, breakfast is delicious, rooms are clean, services are very good.

The rooms and stay were okay and manageable, but we've been heavily put off by the service of the staff and the waiters, especially for breakfast. At many times the waiters would completely ignore us, we'd be left with no plates, cutlery or tea/coffee and at many times would have to find it for ourselves.
Definitely would not stay again nor recommend for anyone to stay, I've had better service in third world countries.response / report this review -

The rooms are almost perfect and the staff are polite, just one deluxe room (on 9th floor) with balcony. Just none smoking rooms. Do Not count on the pool at all because its cold and awful, remember you need to buy or bring swimming hat, and the jakuzzi is not really hot just a bit warm I think, the steaming sauna has a timer instead of termostart which makes it very hot or very cold! The funny thing is that there are closets with keys but hotel guests dont get any key, just the people who come from outside get keys! Of course there is a huge chance that you see your closet is locked with a key which you dont have (someone else locked it). Pool staff says thats all we have and all of this are just normal!

the worst hotel ever, stayed here a few weeks ago. after checking into the hotel went straight to our room to find one of our beds were broken as having a twin room, we connected reception and someone came up move the bed around and said its fixed.. after they left the bed started moving again so we asked to change room. we thought everything will be fine now but that evening i went for a shower and then as i was trying to open the bathroom i realized the door was jammed. i tried to call reception but the bathroom phone was not working, after being stuck in there for an hour, my sister woke up from all the banging. she called reception from the main phone in the room and told them i was stuck and still no come up to the room so called them again and then someone finally arrived and unscrewed the door and let me out. i went to the reception to tell them what had happened to me as i was very upset. if i was by myself in the room i would of have to sleep in there until the next morning when housecleaning arrived. i went down and the guy at reception laughed and told me it happens and tried to tell me it was my fault of the way i shut the door.. he could see i was upset and he found it funny. he said go to your room and i will call your room and to maybe change. he not not call all night and received a call the next day in the afternoon from the manager.. the manager said sorry and said he would change my room and was understanding.. he moved me to another room and thought all the drama was over.. the day before checking i had put some money in my makeup bag and left on the desk.. the day i was packing my things i realized my money went missing but was there the day before. no one had come in the room apart from house keeping.. never have i been to a hotel where your money gets stolen and you get laughed at for getting stuck for one hour in a bathroom.. as a hotel safety checks should be made.. very upset and will never stay in the titanic chain ever. the worst hotel i have ever visited.

Hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff were very helpful. We asked for connected rooms which was arranged on time. It is in a good location. The rooms are a bit small. Welcome smile of the staff would make it more friendly.

Clean rooms English speaking staff, no parking though so if you rent a car it will cost 34 Turkish liras per day min but they do valet parking

I chose this hotel after long searches and reading many reviews. I don't know what are the check lists of a 5 star hotel but I felt like I was staying in a five star hotel.
Hotel Location is great for easy walking to Taskim square.
Behavior of the staff was very excellent with guests. I wrote to Ms. Suat (Guest relations) before my trip and she kindly set my room arrangement. Receptionist accepted our room change request without any question. I remind that the first room also had no problem.
Both rooms were big enough and the bed was so comfortable. The Breakfast buffet was average but was all OK. Restaurant staff were very polite.
In short, Everything was exceptional and I wish I can visit it again in future.response / report this review -
