Great hotel. Staff is very nice and helpfull. The location is also great. Metro and tram station in walking distance.

The room was very nice and big. With a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was way better than I expected, with a great variety and quality. In the basement floor they have a sauna, gym (for free) and a hammam where you can purchase a massage. Well located, you can walk 10 minutes to the Grand Bazaar or take the Trailway to all the tourist attractions.

A good place to stay, closer to historical sites of Istanbul. Price is reasonable. There are scope to improve the Breakfast menu.

Very friendly staff. Super accommodating. Had a decent stay here at a very affordable price. Had one room at 1st floor and one on 4th. Both were clean and spacious.

Great experience. Big room with clean furniture. I wish that they had boiling and iron machine. Good breakfast. It has backyard with playground area.

A really good hotel. Worth the value of money. Great rooms with balcony. Thanks to the housekeeper Sebahat and her excellent work and best mood. She always makes our day happy.

Beautifull Hotel, very western type of service in the heart of the city.
I cant wait for this country to solve it's turmoils and their neighbour countries to finish the wars. I would like to visit Istanbul again someday but not as it is now, with the "kind of neighbours" they have. Maybe in a decade all these issues are solved and we can visit this great historic place which was once the home of the Byzantine empire.response / report this review -

“Overrated ..”
Room:
The rooms tend to being too small in size despite the fact that we booked was a junior suite. I think that the standard room is not suitable for two people because of the size. Cleanliness of the room was not good. Since the floor a little bit dirty and showing some spots. They providing ONLY one water bottle on length of stay (where our stay was for a week). Mattresses can be arranged every day WITHOUT change. Towels are also arranged and does NOT change and if thou shalt take moistened with water or replaced by another. Room air conditioner does not work well. Where we had to open the window to enjoy the outside air. Despite the hassle at the bottom at the park behind the hotel.
Breakfast:
Buffet offer poor global somewhat, but lacks the international standards of quality hotels in terms of eating and temperature and the fact that it offers a fresh. (such as eating eggs WARM).
Employees:
Fairly good. But astray language barrier, where most workers lack of knowledge of the basics of the English language. Reception staff are good, helpful. Unlike the concierge staff works in the wrong place, where did not give us any useful information.
